First time ever booking through the internet traveller. Contacted them asking for a New York & Memphis trip. Our agent Jenny was fantastic! Gave us lots of quotes for different dates, flights, accommodation etc. nothing was too much trouble. Finally we decided 4 nights in midtown New York & 3 nights in Memphis, she also booked us tickets for the Empire State Building & Graceland included in the price! Fantastic value for money we had a fabulous time, our only little gripe would be the room in New York was incredibly small with a king size bed in it, you couldn’t get out one side for the large air con unit, and not a lot of room at the end of the bed either, and so high, being in our 60’s it was really quite difficult getting in and out of bed, possibly more suitable for a younger, more agile generation than ours, but all in all a fabulous holiday making memories.

We've booked our amazing USA trip in February with this company.

We are spending 12 nights, 3 in LA/NY/LV and SF. They have been extremely helpful in booking, and what I loved most is they aren't a pushy sales company - which always puts me off.

We have easily communicated by email, and they are very approachable and informative about any questions you have.

I'd highly recommend booking with them.

Agency failed to tell us that we would have to pay a further £400 (non-refundable) in hotel service fees and taxes upon our arrival. I called the agency and was laughed at by Jenny stating i should have done my research even though its their job to book our holiday. After talking to them and asking if there is anything else to look out for they did not mention that point and hotel stated is up to the agency to let the travellers know. Wont be using them again.
