We used the services of the Internet Travel Shop for our recent holiday in Tenerife. Alex was the agent who looked after us. The service we received was excellent. We gave Alex details of our requirements and he found us an apartment which was perfect for our needs. It was well equipped and the location was excellent. Before we traveled we had, on a few occasions, to contact Alex for some extra information. He always replied promptly. We would definitely use this company again.

First of all i would like to say a massive thankyou to Alex at the Internet Travel Shop for answering a lot of questions and concerns on booking the Tenerife Royal Gardens for 12 days in March, Iwas sceptical and unsure about booking the Apartment but was reassured by Alex on my worries, Two weeks before we due to travel we received all of our information on the complex TRG security to code for the complex and the room key code for Apartment c-014 ground floor , the room had two fans 1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom ,there was a tall fridge freezer , kettle ,toaster ,and a electric hob , there was also a safe and a sofa bed in the lounge area on the patio was a table and four chairs and two sunbeds ,the bedding and towels were changed after being there 7 days , The complex had a Bar serving drinks and food at a reasonable price also there were 2 washing machines and dryers under cover, there is 2 pools with a section for the kids which was heated, there is plenty of sunbeds available but are locked up at night and opened around 9.15 to 9.30 .Overall we was really impressed with the complex near the sea and the room , So the question is would we book would again with ITS 100% we would So once again to Alex thank you

Hi Alex, had a great 8 days in Parque Santiago 2 in Playa de las Americas on Tenerife.

It’s a great complex with a good sized pool and and really good menu in the Paradise Pool Bar. It catered us well for breakfast and lunch whilst chilling at the pool.

We had a duplex flat which was more than big enough for me my wife and our daughter who loved the sofa bed.

The only feedback I can really give is the lack of bath towels which we’ve already discussed, it wasn’t too much of a problem as there was a washing machine in the flat. We adapted well with beautiful sunshine to dry them for the next day.

There’s a decent sized balcony that gets the sun all day.

I would recommend this apartment through Alex at the internet travel shop. Thanks for helping us choose a great flat for our holiday.

We had yet another amazing holiday in Tenerife again this time we stayed in Royal Gardens where we haven't stayed before and it was fantastic. Everything you need for a great holiday, even a hairdryer and iron & ironing board which many other places don't offer. The location was perfect and beachfront in the heart of everything and yet despite that it was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very spacious and right next to the pool, it was even better than as described. Very grateful to Alex who was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and gave very detailed information. We have booked through Internet Travel shop quite a few times and will continue to do so, cannot recommend them highly enough and just about to book our next trip for June!

Hi Alex, Well I am pleased to say the girls loved their surprise that we were staying in a 3 bed roomed Villa with balconies at PS3. I apologise again for contacting you the numerous times beforehand as I was terrified with all the scams going on, but it all worked out brilliantly. We were able to get a key for Safe from Rebecca. The sunsets and pool were also amazing - would book again. It was great we had the room to stay in and relax

Booked a very last minute half term break in Playa de las Américas Tenerife. Apartment was perfect! Fab location with gorgeous sea views and a huge balcony sun trap, clean and with everything we needed. Duplex rooms so perfect for our teenagers upstairs! So glad I found this company and will use again. Alex was so helpful too. Thank you 🙂

Yet again a massive thankyou to Alex for helping me find suitable accommodation for my family and for my elderly parents in teneriffe in parque santiago 2 and 3... both appartments were perfect... contacted alex because the tv wasn't working in one of the appartments within one hour someone was there and fixed... nothing to much... Booked apartment 147 in Parque Santiago 2 in Playa De Las Americas for a week ( March 12-19th 2025 ) for two lads in their 60s and one 32. Alex warned us that there would be noise in the early hours of the morning due to its proximity to the bars on the Patch complex but this didn’t bother us in the slightest as we weren’t particularly early in going to bed. The apartment itself had everything 3 lads needed and we all had rooms to ourselves as the young un chose to use the sofa bed. If I was to be critical at all it would be about the ad hoc way both sets of patio doors locked as the ground floor one was awkward and older folk might struggle with it but as for everything else it was fine. For a two bed apartment in a sought after location the price was very reasonable and I would have no qualms about using it again. Oh and the service from Alex was excellent as usual.
