My experience with Integra Solicitors has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m a third party in a legal matter involving their client, and I’ve been repeatedly denied the fair and reasonable costs that I’m owed.

Despite involving a professional costs expert to handle the matter properly, they have refused to make any contact with her. Emails are ignored, phone calls go unanswered, and they’ve made no effort to engage through appropriate, professional channels. Instead, Moyen Ahmed has made private calls in an apparent attempt to handle matters informally and behind the scenes — which is not only unprofessional but concerning.

Tom Bishop, a trainee solicitor, has also been difficult to deal with. Rather than acting with the care and diligence expected of someone in training, he has shown an arrogant and dismissive attitude throughout, which has only made the situation worse.

As someone dealing with mental health challenges, I’ve felt completely disregarded. The lack of empathy and basic professionalism from this firm has made an already difficult situation far more stressful.

They are also liars and fraudsters.

I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with Integra Solicitors.

I have now had to get intouch with the SRA and gone down the complaints route but even that they have failed to respond to my complaint.

Appalling service from them and by extension their parent [Knights Group Holdings PLC) and I suspect all other Group companies.
Repeated delays, mistakes and requests for information already sent. Deadlines missed and extra costs incurred due to their lack of organisation and customer care. If they weren't automatically selected the Lender's Panel of Solicitors they would get no business.
AVOIDAT ALL COSTS OT IT WILL COST YOU!
