Just returned from a residential KS2 school trip and had a fantastic time, we took part in some great activities including archery, fire starting, shelter building, 3g swing, zip lines and camp fires. Our activity leaders were brilliant and the children loved them, we had Charlie, Mollie, Jake and Yasmin who were just excellent all trip.

Amazing staff team, Danny, Yaz and Chloe were our main leaders, enthusiastic, very safety aware and friendly. Catering team could not do enough for us. I'm vegetarian and I was so well fed and any issues that the kids with SEND threw up were quickly sorted. Marvellous.

An excellent place for children to stay, lots of activities and the staff are very good at keeping the childrens attention, however the staff are not very helpful when it comes to loading the coaches on departure day,it is not the drivers responsibility to lug cases from the holding area to the coach his/ her job description is Driver NOT porter. The staff should be the ones lugging the cases or better still the children should haul their own case to the coach.

My son spent a week here this year with his school.

He came back totally worn out and really happy.

The facilities are excellent and really well maintained. His favourite part was the three G swing. I think he would have gone on that many times if they'd let him.

Things like this are so important for kids today as they are so often prevented from adventuring like us older generation did.

A truly spectacular place which allows children to thoroughly explore the outdoors. My Year Six class were thrilled with their experience and were able to develop their resilience by participating in various activities. The instructors were amazing as they ensured that teaching staff and children enjoyed their time with Kingswood.

I honestly have to say this is a fabulous place had a 3 night residential with my year6 class and the bed were comfy food was very good and all the activities are interesting and my top 5 main leaders are Yasmin, jake, Callum senior(jake 2) Emma and kerry

My daughter has returned from a school trip at Kingswood in Sheffield.
She enjoyed the activities and the food was OK.
However she says the mattresses were dirty, and covered in crumbs - they made their own beds so she was able to see the condition of the mattress.
They all complained that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, like lying on bare springs.
Kingswood charge a small fortune. I don't expect to pay for such poor quality.
