My daughter thinks there could be a little bit more inflatables to climb and jump on, so she gives it 4 stars rather than 5. We've previously been to the Manchester one, free car parking there, this one was bigger but on a retail park so you have to pay for car parking too. Everywhere was very clean, it was good fun.

The West Bromwich Inflata Nation is a huge disappointment, especially if you’re concerned about cleanliness and a safe environment for toddlers. The place is absolutely filthy – it’s clear that it doesn’t take much to keep it clean, but it seems to be neglected. This is not a healthy or safe place for young children, and I was really uncomfortable with the idea of my toddler playing here.

Compared to the Stechford branch, which is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, the West Bromwich location falls short. The toddler area here is small and unappealing, certainly not worth the visit. If you’re considering bringing your kids, I’d suggest going to the Stechford location instead.

Impressed how large this place was. Plenty of room for kids to play, bounce, and explore without worrying about knocking themselves as the whole place was like a bouncy castle! I recommend booking in advance as we had to wait for the next slot or join an existing session.

Friendly staff, attentive and informative they allowed me extra time to get the kids sorted as I had 6 of them. Ranging ages from 2-11 and they all had a brilliant time, there is parking and you do pay separately but its affordable. They felt there was loads to do inside the large inflatable, would recommend.

Had a birthday party here for my granddaughter and the service from start to finish was brilliant. We have some fussy eaters so they were great with sorting out the food & didn't mind us brining a few options for those. Party host was great and engaging with the team, on arrival we were welcomed by the receptionist and shown to our room. The manager on the day came and made sure we were okay & the kids absolutely loved it. Still talking about it now. Thank you x

Kids love coming here burning energy.
Staff aren't always friendly and even though filled in a waiver the first time we went have to keep filling them out everytime we go.

Alot of staff about male staff cleaning ladies toilets even though there is female staff about not always clean.

Find and snacks over priced we always take our own.
