The boys both 9 years old loved it. 1 hour was more than enough as they said they had completed it at the 45 min mark. Friendly young team who were helpful when ever needed. Great work team.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

We had a truly disappointing experience here. The staff were shockingly rude — even the managers, who we spoke with directly, were dismissive and unprofessional. The way they handled things in front of our children was uncomfortable and frankly toxic.

For a place that markets itself as family-friendly, it’s anything but — especially for families with more than one child of different ages. There’s a strict division between the under-4 and over-4 areas. If you have one child under 4 and others over 4, the younger one is left to play alone unless you pay £15 just to supervise them in the older section. Yes, £15 — simply to stand by your child. That policy is unreasonable and completely unfair to parents trying to keep their children together.

What made the situation worse is that we saw several other parents in the over-4 area without paying and without being questioned — but somehow, we were singled out and told we had to pay. It was inconsistent and felt targeted.

This experience ruined what should have been a fun family outing. I would strongly advise other families to think twice before coming here. Poor policies, poorly enforced, and staff in serious need of training.

It's ok. BUT we went on Saturday 14 June, and it was too hot inside, with no air conditioning. Bear in mind it was only about 21 degrees outside and I can only imagine how unpleasant it would be inside this venue on a hot summer's day.

Great place but under 4s area was full of 8,9 and 11 year-old. No policing. We had an eleven month old and had to keep an eye on the older kids throwing balls and diving in the ball.

Good place to take the children for a few hours. It is fairly expensive, however it's worth it for what you get.

They've recently redeveloped the entire inflatable, with more ball pits and slides etc which makes it great fun.

Staff were a little, for want of a better word, miserable. HOWEVER, we went on a bank holiday weekend so I don't blame them 🤣

Cafe wise they have a good selection of cold drinks, but aside from pizzas (that didn't look particularly appetising) and snacks such as crisps and biscuits, there isn't anything else to chose from so I'd advise bringing your own food or plan somewhere to eat afterwards as we did.

Overall it's a great way to spend an afternoon, kids enjoyed it and were worn out afterwards.

My 3 year old went in with her dad and they absolutely loved it. Will definitely go back again. The toddler area is quite small, she was fine with all the obstacles in the main area with supervision

Great place for the kids, as we could tell by their very sweaty faces and massive smiles. Good fun, and a hard workout as well

A great place to visit for an hour whilst in town. The kids love it here. Make sure you bring plenty of energy because an hours bouncing is a lot of work. We had a kids party too and the staff were excellent.
