I would highly recommend IMP & Maker! We wanted to surprise a friend with an Italian food hamper for her birthday, to give her a taste of home, and she absolutely loved it. We opted for the Ultimate hamper along with a birthday card. The ordering process was hassle-free, and the delivery arrived right on time. It was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I cannot speak of Imp &Maker highly enough. My phone seemed to alter the delivery address as an autocorrect and delivered back to me instead of the intended recipient, and when I called, instead of charging me for another hamper, they only charge the delivery fee. Who else does that!? Ryan was fantastic - warm and friendly and couldn't do enough. Will never go elsewhere for hampers now! Thank you Ryan!

Ordered a match day hamper for the England game . Was delivered the next morning with everything tightly packed .cool bags to keep everything fresh what a great experience from a professional company. You can see why they have been voted no1 in the uk for hampers with the quality and service.

Ordered a hamper to be delivered on Weds 18th December via Costco. Notification that parcel sent two days late on the 20th December via DPD, with a Postcode but no tracking number. Five calls to Costco, where they finally managed to contact Imp & Maker, who PROMISED me a phone call within 10-15 minutes (that was 45 minutes ago). I am now again going to have to phone Costco, where they will end up refunding me for an item I ordered in good time. I have spent hours trying to resolve this amicably. TERRIBLE communication & customer service!

EDIT: I have finally been made a promise that the item will be delivered tomorrow. If that happens I will change my review accordingly.

Final Edit: The hamper arrived at 10am Christmas Eve morning. My friend is thrilled with it, so I have changed my star rating accordingly, leaving one star off for poor communication. Communication should be top priority in any business, and I hope my feedback allows your business to flourish going forward.

I ordered the Beer and Nibbles hamper set plus additional bottle of wine - it came beautifully presented, super fast delivery and my husband loved the gift. The Noam beers he said were amazing. Highly recommend this business.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars after an issue with my first delivery, Susan dealt with sorting this issue out and going above and beyond what was needed and managed to take everything in her stride, to great effect. I think some people have said it’s over priced clearly people haven’t done their research as items are often cheaper from Imp&Maker more so than buying direct from the brands and often have discounts on top of that. Well done to Susan and team for dealing with what I’m sure was not a pleasant situation and going above and beyond of what anyone’s expectations could be.
