Had 2 parcels delivered yesterday. One parcel clearly stated a designated safe place to leave. Returned home to find the parcels dumped in my wheelie bin, with my rubbish!! Had to wash all the packages before I could bring them in and open them.

Friendly staff, no complaints other then the ridiculous 2 hours to collect my mail. 8 am to 10 pm, it's too short for some people, Like myself, to be able to make it on time.

Terrible! Had a card shoved through my door saying parcel had been sent to Healing post office as iam new to Stallingborough Village I assumed these were correct details so travelled there to be told all Stallingborough post gets returned to Immingham delivery post office so phoned them to say ask if they had my parcel. Which they did. Asked if they can re deliver my parcel but not on a Saturday due to work also if iam out to put it behind my bins or deliver to my neighbour . Guess what they delivered on a Saturday with another note through my door saying my parcel had been delivered to my neighbour 25 Crompton Drive.. I live on saxonfields drive. ( their isn't a Crompton Drive in Stallingborough) Called round to see both my neighbours on the off chance, obviously it wasn't with them. No idea where it is. Totally incompetent. Terrible service that loses mail.

I appreciate someone has to be first and someone has to be last on a postal round...But consistently getting post and parcels late in the day is beyond a joke. No wonder courier companies thrive. Privatise this shower ASAP.
