After applying for naturalization more than 6 month ago. We came to see how was going the process, as they did not got in touch with us since we applied. And our tremendous surprised " advice immigration centre" haven't even started our application. I have to say I paid for the meeting we had , and another time I came to check I was asked to paid for their fees which I paid. Just a disaster I don't recommend this place at all, unless you want to waist your time and your money.

Someone who answered my call was not professional.

Communication with the clients is not great at all, my mum had surgery and didn’t had way to come to the office to sign some documents we informed them and we wait for advice they never got back to us when she got well we contacted them again they didn’t reply after days we got letter informing my mum eviction from the house because she didn’t made appeal when we contacted them they said we didn’t contact before but we had all proves they only said her case was dropped and they can’t do anything, now my mum is without solicitor and without house and support thanks to them.

Best of the best immigration firm, where your interest is put first, customers /client are put first before cash. My experience is that, they are like miracle worker, call on one of the solicitor there, Sarah she is best of the best that knows her stuff, I recommend this firm to any one that has an immigration issues.
