We had a great tour with Ollie! She personally contacted us before our tour to confirm the pick up location and go over the things we wanted to see. Her vehicle was extremely clean. She showed us all the key tourist spots and well as some excellent sites off the beaten path. I loved that she would allow us some time to walk about on our own before heading to the next spot. Highly recommend!

I liked the tour guide very much, she is so friendly and interesting, and the nearly two hour tour with her was a lot of fun. She is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge. She took us through the very beautiful Christmas street scene and introduced us to many fashion shops and celebrity stories. The Magical Chrismas Walking Tour is well worth attending!

What an amazing day! A friend and I only had one day in London. Ollie was above and beyond. She was flexible with our start time and picked us up for our 5 hour day tour. It was far beyond my expectation in every way. I have ZERO complaints! Thanks Ollie! I will definitely be back. And I will definitely refer your services to everyone I know!!!

Our disappointment in this tour needs to be expressed.

Our tour guide, Ollie (who told us she is an owner of the company, I Heart London) showed up for the tour 45 minutes late.

She was very difficult to contact both via Viator and through WhatsApp.

She stated that there were traffic issues in London and that she lived 45 minutes away from our hotel. An experienced guide understands traffic flows and leaves early to compensate accordingly.

The majority of the tour was spent with her on the phone handling issues within her company as the other tour guides apparently worked for her. There were multiple calls from other upset guests trying to find their absent guides.

Ollie would often drop us off in odd parts of the city and we were told to walk around on our own. This is not our definition of a guided driving tour. It appears she was dropping us off so she can run her business.

When she did get out of the vehicle with us, she offered to take pictures for us so that we didn’t have to. We have asked for these pictures multiple times and she has yet to send them to us. She has replied that she will send them once she sees our review!

She stopped at a restaurant that served Fish & Chips and when our meal came, she opened a packet of salt and poured it all over the fish. Who does that without asking first?

She is not knowledgeable about the city or its history stating such “facts”
as Queen Elizabeth died when she was 92 years old.

The end of the tour was spent with her trying to drive and handle phone calls from the tour guests who followed us as she was also almost a late in starting their tour.

We truly feel that we deserve a complete refund for this tour and that Viator should reconsider using I Heart London as a recommended tour company.

Our tour guide Ollie was excellent She made us feel like family while showing us london.she was informative and we have to go back and see more .Her car was comfortable and clean.I would definitely ask for her if you want a tour of London. See you next time Ollie !
