Absolutely amazing service, at very short notice we requested an airport return to BHX and collection on our return from holiday. Very professional and friendly service from the start, with a copy of the booking, flight times and pick up. Sunday morning we was picked up and taken to Birmingham airport on time and your profession and precision shone through. Collection our plane was late, so we was worried we had put you out returning late. But there you were waiting and with a smile, helping us with our suitcases. You made our journey seamlessly hassle free and will definitely be booking and recommending you again. If I could give more than 5* I would as you deserve so much more! Thank you so much ih travels for making our holiday package complete!!!

Found this company after travelling behind a car one day. Was looking specifically for airport drop off and pickup to Birmingham.
Lovely service, excellent price, great contact from the owner at all times, even though we were delayed coming home.
Car was so comfortable and spotless.
Would highly recommend. Definitely be using them again.

Brilliant service. Let us pay off over time as it was a long haul airport trip, kept us up to date. Turned up early on arrival...was there on time for pick up! Safe driver..polite... and a really good service. Will 100% use again for our next holiday!

Absolutely lovely owner, took us to Birmingham airport for our holidays! Booked for 10am and he arrived on the DOT, lovely clean car and wonderful conversation. Lots of love to your family and little boy, will be using you again in the future no doubt.

Great service. We needed to get to London and back in a day at quite late notice. Booking system was through WhatsApp with great attention to detail and requirements. Then our driver, Sohail, made contact the night before to introduce himself and share contact details. Beautiful car, great driving and great personality. Just back from using IH travels for our first outing with my mother-in-law wheelchair bound. I can not thank the whole team enough, from dealing with my initial enquiry to confirming booking to our journey, the whole experience was professional and caring. We were all a little nervous but the team made us feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing specialist wheelchair accessible travel - absolute superstars. Irfan is ALWAYS our go to guy for our group travel to the airport & back. More than happy & willing to accommodate. Just a totally amazing service all round. Absolutely fantastic service, I highly recommend this company, brand new Ford pick up 9 seater, fitted all out 8 suitcase and pushchair, very good driver, felt safe at all times thank you 🙏. Timing bang on, communication spot on. Our luggage was delayed and he was very understanding. Will always use again thank you Irfan.
