It was a very pleasant experience!
Due to the sudden cancellation of the previously reserved bus, we had to temporarily change the company, and finally contacted this company. Even during non-working hours, the customer service staff actively communicated with us to confirm the use of the car.
The driver is also very professional, warm and friendly. He would confirm the drop-offs location with us in advance at each stop!
The bus is clean and tidy, and the 53-seater bus is equipped with a toilet, which is perfect!

I recently took a trip with Igo Travel, and it was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. The journey was supposed to take 2 hours each way, but it started off poorly with the bus arriving 30 minutes late. The bus itself was dirty, smelly, and clearly not maintained.

The lights on the bus wouldn't switch off, making it impossible to rest, and the toilets were a nightmare—no working flush, no light, and no water to wash hands. To top it all off, the driver failed to pay for parking, even though it was included in our contract. He then threatened not to depart unless the fine was paid.

Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Igo Travel to anyone.

Worst Coach experience my team has experienced since we started 3 years ago. The driver arrived at 12:58 and wanted to leave by 1 pm... We paid for the luxury bus but nothing worked, Charging points didn't work and some of the seats didn't recline. Driver Abudi was very rude from the start, couldn't read the signs, and kept entering the ramps for cars instead of coaches/buses. Constantly swerving in the same lane. The biggest problem was him being difficult making a Restroom stop on a 3.5-hour road trip. One of the ladies on the bus went to the bathroom on herself and when the driver was told he simply did not care, just kept driving. Called the company early to explain that the venue was letting us out late but they did not inform the driver and used it as an excuse to extort another £150. Will never be using this place again, there are far better companies.

10/10. We were a bit worried at first as we booked through coachhirecomparison.co.uk and we didn’t receive the driver details until 7pm the night before (apparently they don’t allocate drivers until the evening before a trip). Nevertheless, the minibus was great (it had nice leather seats with tables/cup holders for our drinks etc) and we connected to the Bluetooth to play music on the journey. The driver was a lovely guy and the price was the cheapest of all the quotes we received - good value for money

Our experience with this company was extremely poor. We booked them through coach hire comparison for a wedding from 8 in the morning until 12.30 am the following morning. After paying the hire fee we was then notified that the driver would need to leave at a particular time due to coach driver regulations stating that drivers need a 9 hour rest. On the day it was then revealed that the reason they had mentioned the 9 hour drive was because the driver took a job the night before and the law states that within a 24 hour period the driver needs to have a 9 hour rest. Our wedding over ran as they sometimes do which meant that we was delayed leaving the church. This resulted in the driver refusing to leave at the end of the wedding, and refusing to drive for a further 2 hours. Initially the driver refused to turn on the engine and turn on the heating, and was prepared to let us sit in this manor, even though we had young children and babies aboard the mini bus. Initially we were unaware of the regulations and accepted that the coach driver would need to leave at a certain time, however once we spoke to the driver we realised they had incorporated the 9 hour rest in our booking only due to the driver working the night before and taking this booking last minute. It was also revealed that there was meant to be 2 drivers and not 1. When we rang the customer services line the lady that answered was rude and unhelpful, and even shouted at us. Absolutely poor service, we accept that our wedding ended later than scheduled, but to try and incorporate the drivers rest in our booking when there should have been 2 drivers, and keeping us hostage for 2 hours with children is absolute absurd.

Unfortunately it's not possible to give 0 stars. Booked this company for an 24 person Ascot trip on the 23rd June and they decided not to pick us up despite receiving full payment weeks prior. Scheduled pick up was 11am, at 11:02 I tried to contact the driver to be told he wasn't working that day. After finally speaking to a member of the team at 11:05 I was then told there was a fault with our vehicle and they was trying to find another vehicle but they couldn't tell us when it would be there. The whole time there was no sense of an apology as if this was a normal thing that happens - the worst customer service I have ever experienced, was finally told at 11:15 they couldn't get a vehicle to us - we then had to get a train and missed the first 2 races. Absolutely shocking company - no remorse or understanding of their fault, avoid like the plague.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Myself and a group of parents booked this company to for transportation for year 6 boys end of school trip. That us parents has organised. The bus arrived over an hour late because the driver had not received the booking even though I called and confirmed the booking the day before. The driver turns up and it not even the bus we’d paid for.

The booking happened to fall on the hottest day of the year so imagine these poor 10/11 year olds having to wait out in the heat for a coach driver who kept lying and saying his 10mins away when he was not. Them being late meant the 2 hours event us parents paid for was cut short.

On the way back the driver decided to go though a width restriction which clearly the bus could not fit through to then crash into the bollards with our sons on the bus.

After several calls and emails to the manager Huan and Vivien I have not even received any form of compensation for them being over an hour late, sending the wrong coach or even an apology or a check-in to make sure our boys are ok after experiencing being in a crash no matter how severe it was. If you want my honest opinion DO NOT BOOK with this coach company.
