I cannot begin to put into words the positive experience i had with selling my late Mother's house through Ian Tonge Property Services in High Lane. I live 240 miles away from the house being sold, but whenever I needed any help, no matter what it was, Tonge's stepped in. Apart from their invaluable advice, they also arranged for a Pest Control person to visit to deal with a mouse infestation, arranged an electrician to visit when there was an electrical problem, and arranged for a heating and plumbing engineer to visit.
They even offered to visit the house on a weekly basis and check it over in order to validate the house insurance.
This was all done at no extra cost. Without Tonge's and their constant updates and help I don't know how I would have managed. I would not hesitate therefore, to recommend Ian Tonge Property Services. They are simply the best!

I have recently used Ian Tonge Property Services at their Hazel Grove office, as I needed to find a new house tenancy quickly due to the property I was renting coming to an end and going up for sale, after identifying a property being for Let on their website, I called the office and requested a viewing, both Pip and Angela in the tenancy team at the Hazel Grove office were fully understanding to my needs, from the first contact and initial viewing of the property to the application, searches and administration the whole process was quick, seamless and very professional, all was incredibly easy, no issues from start to finish, all carried out with the attention and care I hoped for.
