Genuinely lovely people to rent from, I was able to make the house home for 5 years and had no issues with them during that time. I have rented for the past 15 years and they are unlike any letting agent I've ever worked with - in a good way!

I never enjoyed this service from the beginning till the very end. I complained about a lot of things and nothing was done about it, I complained about the extractor fan not working, till date nothing was done about it. When I cook the alarm goes off and all I was told, rudely was "make sure you open your windows". When I complained of moulds, I was told you are not airing the property rudely again "open your windows"
I had to stop complaining because it was a total waste of time...
In all to me I think their service and customer service especially is very poor.
Getting my deposit back is like a war and I have to worship them to get it back.
I cannot thank God enough that I am out of there!!!!

Hymers and Ryle manage all our properties, having dealt with some really poor lettings agents in the past, we are very happy to have found a company that finally looks after the interests of ourselves and our tenants.
We are kept in the loop with any work required at the properties and remedial work is always undertaken quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant because of the excellent service they provide.

Kerry and Julie have been looking after my rental property for some years now. They are always so helpful (and successful) at gaining a new tenant in a timely manner. They’re always happy to provide information advice regarding prospective tenants and offer help deciding who is right for the property, and equally that it’s right for tenant. Making sure, as much as one can, that the property remains rented and in great condition for extended tenancy terms. Just want you want. I can’t thank them enough, especially now with extra working restrictions and adhering to government guidelines, making sure their clients and tenants stay safe, but no drop in their standards of service.
If your aren’t happy with your current agent or maybe they’re not as proactive as you’d like these girls both go the extra mile, are passionate about what what they do .. nothing is a problem. I really couldn’t recommend them enough

Kerry and Julie are the loveliest people! So quick to respond to any questions, nothing is too much trouble. Really quick turnaround to get our keys from viewing the property and so helpful from start to finish. Issue with the oven resolved within 24 hours and fixed! Just the most helpful ladies!

I would not recommend. We’ve rented with them and it was an absolute disaster. The staff are very polite I can’t deny that. They will take your calls and sort out your problems….which is actually the main problem.

As any agency they see the landlords as clients while the people who rent are just cash cows. Here i was thinking they’re clients too.

So our house needed an electrical do over. They brought in some electricians who absolutely trashed our house. They rewired the whole house and didn’t cover any of our items in the house. Wires dangling everywhere it was an absolute mess. Ofc they didn’t provide accommodations like any agency would. “Oh sorry we can’t”. Yea ok no worries i’ll sit in brick dust with my 1yo while the electricians demolish the house (loads of photos for proof).

When we left the house after putting in laminate flooring in 3 rooms, full new fence in the back yard with gates. They tried to keep our deposit for a damaged back yard pc decoration on the door saying “it’s what the landlord wants” when i warned them i’ll come back and take down my gates and fence they immediately changed their tune.

Then after the full deposit refund they had to pay us back some the month’s rent since we left mid month. They tried to withhold half saying “the landlord saw fit to take half your money for cleaners but he decided to not charge you for two rooms so half is enough” ….seriously? They tried to charge me a about 100£ for what? A kitchen and living room? Because it was dirty. Again when i asked for the cleaner’s invoice/quote and showed them photos of the house when we left showing the house very clean and tidy they finally gave in and payed us all our money.

Absolutely disgusting trying to con their clients like this. I’m willing to bet the landlord never new anything about the whole matter.

I would never recommend them to anyone.
