I travelled less than a mile and was charged £7.50!! The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was because I didn't have that much with me and the driver let me off with a pound. When i called to check fare, i was told "we have to come and pick you up first remember" ... not sure if that is how taxis work these ... but I'm gobsmacked! I was less than a mile from their office and travelled less than a mile to an interview. Will not use again, nor recommend. 🙁

The taxi drivers are really friendly and helpful and give an excellent service which is more than can be said for the Office/receptionist ... the taxi was sent to the wrong place despite me spelling it out to her. She does not appear to listen ... a more accommodating person on the phone would make this company more approachable. I am using someone else now as I don't trust the woman on the phone to send my taxi. If I could ring the guy in the car direct there would be no problem

Really friendly drivers and are always on time to pick customers up. The fares are very reasonable as well. My partner uses them all the time. Would recommend to anyone.

Called for journey from Hykeham into Lincoln assuming this would be cheaper as local based. Shocked when charged £8.50 on a Sunday afternoon. Just called discount cabs for journey home at 9pm. £6. KNOW WHERE WE WILL BE CALLING NEXT TIME

Never used them but did spend about half an hour with one of their cabs jammed right up my rear bumper, no idea of the licence plate as i couldn't see it !
