We sold our house with Howkins and Harrison in 2025. They were excellent throughout the experience, from photos and listing, through the viewings and all the way to sale. They give us the confidence that they knew their stuff all the way through the process, and were calm and reassuring even through the times when things got a bit bumpy. For example, through no fault of theirs we lost our first buyer, and they very quickly sprang back into action arranging new viewings and were reassuring about getting us back on track.

Howkins & Harrison have been the letting agent at the house I've been renting for the past 7 years. Lisa Swinnerton has always been very professional when dealing with us. Always prompt in answering emails and getting any repairmen out to fix any issues. Always pleasant when coming to do house inspections, and always just a friendly person to talk to. We never had any issues with her or the team. If you have a house to rent out and are looking for a letting agent, I would highly recommend them.
