I booked through Travel Republic for my holiday in Zanzibar.

The transfer just didn’t show up. I don’t really know what else to say. So I paid for a private taxi again.

They also don’t amend booking dates for flight delays and missed connections even with notice. I had to pay again for a private taxi.

Overall, I paid $125 and £104 for transfers.

Absolutely awful service. Our flight was from terminal one in Barcelona, our driver asked us and we said twice that it was terminal one and when asked what airlines, he agreed terminal one. He then proceeded to drop us off at terminal 2! We had an hour till boarding started and when we explained this, he pointed at the shuttle bus! What a moron. His rudeness and incapability to get us there correctly caused extreme stress. Don’t use this service as we almost missed our flight.

They sent me a message that our pick up time is 6.55 nad finally the driver came one hour later. He was schocked that we didn’t know about new arrival hour. Additionally, we had to wait extra 15 mins and almost we lost our flight. Zero answer when we called on „special emergency number”

Book this service in Barcelona for a ride to the airport. It was booked for 7:45 and the driver didn’t show.
I sent a dispute trying to get a refund. I received a email back saying the driver showed and they would not be refunding my money.
We were outside waiting 15 minutes before the pickup and waited for 25 minutes after.

This company was used to arrange transport for airport transfers on a recent trip to Tenerife. Airport to hotel was fine but on the day we were to be picked up from the hotel to the airport we arrived at our pick up point 15 minutes prior to our pick up time, we waited and waited we called the emergency number given if our ride didn’t turn up, and it just rang out no one picked up til after 9am (hardly an emergency number!) we were then advised we had been missed and was told to take a taxi and ensure we got a receipt to claim the money back. On arrival we went to the relevant kiosk (17) and produced our receipt for refund, head office were contacted by the kiosk chap and they advised that they were aware of the issues and to email the receipt to them and they would reimburse as no cash was kept onsite. Email sent on returning home and email received back stating our e-tickets was resolved and no further action could be taken as we booked through a travel agent! What a joke! This company is clearly not reliable and will take money for services not provided avoid at all cost! Very poor service and staff lie to your face.

Hoppa Go was provided by Love holidays as part of our holiday to New York. The transfer to the hotel, driver spent more time on his phone than he did driving safely. The return transfer turned up over 30 minutes late on an already tight scheduled pick up time, would have missed plane had it not been delayed by 30 mins (driver was unaware). would never use again.

Had airport transfers booked with HoppaGo through love holidays and they never showed up. Wouldn’t speak to us as “they don’t speak to anyone that doesn’t have a direct booking with them” ? Disgrace of a company and a complete let down ruining the start of our holiday.

The transfer shuttle firstly dropped us off at the incorrect hotel, even though we insisted to to the driver this is the wrong hotel he kept saying it was correct. When we went to check in to was the incorrect hotel.

When our holiday finished our transfer was 45 minutes late. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK WITH. if this came as a part of a package holiday I would highly recommend arranging your own transfer as this company has totally failed in providing the service they had promised.
