The Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus Service is located in London. Customers are advised to Book tickets online in Advance. The tickets will have timeframe and locations.Our Operator was Knowledgeable and Friendly. The Operator informed us about Locations,Historical Buildings,Fact about Buckingham ,Parliament Building,Westminster,Abbey Road . We were given Maps and Ear buds to listen to our Guide.We were able to get Off and Visit Buckingham!!!We could get Off and Have Tea Or Coffee with Biscuits 😃!The Bus Services has Markers so Customers could get Back On . The Buses have Inside/outside Seating so We don’t Miss Anything. The London Experience was Unbelievable. The Area has Many Restaurants for your Taste. People come from All over the World to visit.My favorite is the Tea ,definitely Special.

Pretty basic. My biggest gripe initally is the app that claims to exist on the google store but does not. I find it hard to understand how the overarching company doesn't at this point have one great app for the world where you just pick cities and can pay online. The audio was probably my biggest gripe here in London. It's all prerecorded. There were vast areas where we were listening to elevator music. It was often behind the things we were seeing, so it would talk about 10 Downing Street after we had passed it. The points seemed somewhat odd but I guess it catered to all. Its still a great and comfortable way to see the city if your not up for walking it all. Also a great high vantage point for photos but this could be said for all the open top bus tours. I lived here for many years and like most people take the tube where of course you see nothing going from A to B so every 10 years or so my wife and I take a bus to see whats changed in the architecture world. I do find it odd however that most of the complaints are about traffic that no one for the bus company can fix. They do get to go in the bus lane but that's all they can do.
Next time we do this will try to go with another bus line for comparison

It was horrible experience and waste of a lot of money and time. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy. The headphones weren't working and the staff was rude. The bus was stinky and dirty. When I hopped off the bus I never hopped on back, I was waiting for 40 minutes the first time, and when I gave up the worker showed up and tried to sell me tickets and when I said no he said I'm French, then I said I'm not French and he said ,, yes you are " . The next time I tried to hop back on I was trying to find the bus on the app and the bus wasn't even in the line zones. Then when I went to the station it broke the record and I waited for two hours and the bus never showed up because it was even past their working time. This was my first in London and this bus destroyed my whole London experience. I'm emotionally and physically scarred for life. I'll never go to these types off scames again.

If you’re coming for the first time to London, I think it’s an incredible way to know all the city using the Hop in Hop Off buses!! They leaves us to all attractions you can possible imagine! And it’s easy to find the bus stop...

The hop on/hop off bus tour is the best way to orient yourself to London. We took the red line and traveled all over London which enabled us to decide where we wanted to explore further. The history provided through the earbuds was entertaining as well. We did not realize that the bus did not actually drive past some important attractions, like Buckingham Palace, but that we needed to get off the bus and walk. The bus route map helped significantly and once we figured out the route would not necessarily drive by our areas of interest, we mastered the tour. The Red route did go past many attractions (too may to list) including Westminster Abbey, Victoria Station, Madame Tussauds wax museum, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, St. John's cathedral and many others. This tour was the perfect way to see London.

Big Bus tours, 2 routes cover quite a bit, however they do double up and overlap some stops. I suggest the Blue Route, it's long (70 stops), but you see almost everything
