AVOID! We are a family of 5 and had a vast vaccine schedule in place with this clinic. Their organisation and communication is shocking. Never answered the phone or responded to voicemails. A week before flying we were informed 30mins via email before our appointment that the vaccine was out of stock. No solution given just sorry. After researching in a panic with an unrealistic deadline to find an alternative, boots chemist saved the day and at a quarter of the price cheaper!!!! Fuming! Disgusting and I am not sure how anyone can run a business like that. Recommendations…. GO BOOTS

Apart from a small sign and no arrows, could not find them, I checked all 3 floors, lift had sign stating for goods only, only one parking space and then blocked in by a parcel delivery van, who had not heard of them.

My family and I just went her to get our yellow fever vaccinations. The customer service was amazing and everyone was really lovely. The lady that did our vaccination was so so so nice and made sure everyone was comfortable. My brother has autism so we were really worried about his experience but she made sure that he was as calm as possible and did it so fast. I also have a massive fear of needles and she really helped me feel safe. The vaccinations were a lot cheaper than other places and evidently a lot nicer. Will definitely go back for other vaccinations.

Such a great service. Very friendly staff and helpful. We arrive early and were seen virtually straight away. They also noticed a mistake I had made on the paperwork and corrected it for us. We paid for the 24 hrs service and the results arrived slightly early and very easy to follow instructions and download. I would definaltey use this service again and recommend.

Easy to navigate booking website, including straightforward option to cancel or reschedule if required. Very pleasant and informative telephone assistance too. Very friendly greeting on arrival and excellent support and explanation of the process provided before and during the test. I paid for the 36 hour result and got my 'fit to fly' certificate within 24 hours of my appointment. Overall I would highly recommend Hope Travel Clinic and will certainly use their services again. Well done on your customer centricity.

Absolutely excellent service. Easy to book and the appointment for the test ran smoothly with lovely staff and was carried out safely and very quickly. I received my test results without any problem. Delivery of certificate to my emails was done within the correct time and I had no problems using it in England, Germany or Turkey.

Convenient location on medway city estate, with parking.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the lady in reception called us back, when we lost our way,and even came out to make sure we found parking.
Iriti, the pharmacist was friendly and put us at ease. She is very knowledgeable and had all the information we needed to hand. Very clean pharmacy. Very professional team.
