Booked Vrackie View in Moulin for myself & my mother via Home from home Perthshire. Advised the agent at the time of booking that my mother had poor mobility and was on medical oxygen. Was advised the property was all on one level so would be suitable. Upon arrival we find the property is not as per the photos on their website. The house has been altered. There are now four high steps to the front door with no handrails which is not shown in the photos advertising the property. This makes entering and exiting the house extremely difficult and unsafe. Because of this we had to leave the next morning. The information on their website is a clear misrepresentation. The agent is now refusing a refund claiming they were not aware of the mobility issues. I have proof they were. Very poor communication, takes days to answer emails. Would not advise anyone to book with this company.

Fantastic accommodation and a brilliant holiday. Beautiful, beautiful countryside, scenery to die for, a walker`s paradise! A beautiful, peaceful and serene location. Open fire, liquid refreshments and grand company. A once in a life time experience and memories to hold dear for always. Thank you home from home, Sue & Brian.

Fantastic. Booked for our family holiday in July. Gorgeous location, we had a lovely stay. Just the peace and quiet we were after ! The lodge really was a ‘home from home’ for us for the week and somewhere we would love to return to in the future. My wife & I are the owners of three holiday cottages we rent out solely through HomefromHomePerthshire. We have been with them since 2012. We can honestly say that HfH have been fantastic for us. Can't speak highly enough of the business and service that Bea at HfH has created. She has helped make our holiday let business what it is today and helped bring countless numbers of guests to our wonderful part of Scotland who then return again and again. BEWARE - this company does not exist - do not give them any deposit as you won't see your money again. No responses to emails or phone calls. The one time a lady answered it was diverted to a mobile and she sounded very shocked. She said she would call back but didn't. No reply to emails, even telling them they were a scam! DO NOT USE!!
