We had a fabulous Alpaca trek this morning, despite the mud. The volunteers explained how to interact with Alpacas, and described each of their personalities, before allowing us to choose our own Alpaca for walking. Health & safety was explained and we had a lovely, gentle trek through the local woodlands, with stops to feed the Alpacas and take photos. A lovely way to while away a couple of hours. Thanks to all of the volunteers for a lovely time.

Attended the alpaca trek today with a friend as a birthday gift.
Excellent expierence!! The staff were so friendly and informative, the trek itself was beautiful and ofcourse the alpacas and Llama (amongst all the other animals) were amazing! Will definitely be attending again!

Had the best time trekking with the Alpacas on a beautiful Sunday morning. The volunteers were really knowledgeable and made you feel at ease around the animals. The trek itself takes about an hour and is at a very leisurely pace, but over some steep, rocky and muddy terrain. The Alpacas are really quite placid and clearly enjoy their walk. The dodgy terrain is a breeze for them, and they love the food provided by the farm. My Alpaca was called Forest, and he behaved really well all the way around. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who has a love of animals, just make sure you have suitable footwear for the occasion. Fantastic experience.

We had a great time at Holly Hagg farm last weekend meeting all the alpacas. We took my mum for her birthday, and she really enjoyed it. The team was friendly and even offered to take photos of us with the alpacas. We learned a lot about them, got to feed them and it was a fun experience for everyone. Would deffo go again or buy as a gift for someone!

I did the Aplaca trek with my family last week. Really enjoyed it! Great for couples or families who love being out in nature. Lovely staff who run Holly Hagg informative and fun! Alpacas are really nice natured, we had Santiago!

Would 100% recommend it. I have been meaning to go here for a while, and I finally went. We went as a group of 5 for an away day with work, but we couldn't have asked for a better activity. It was funny as the Alpacas and Llama each had their own cheeky characters, and we had a good laugh, I loved meeting them all. I was with the Llama El Jefe and will definitely not forget him♡ They are really lovely animals, and the day finished off with the Alpacas having the cutest dip in the pond! Holly hagg Farm is definitely a community I support.
They educated us on the history of the farm and community, and of course the Llama and Alpacas, too, as well as introducing them all to us. I will visit again.

We had a great time with Santiago the alpaca, the volunteers were all lovely and friendly, the walk itself is actually very nice (maybe 2 miles with lots of variety) and I love that the money supports a good cause. Excellent!

Just the best experience in Sheffield! Highly recommend this trek along with alpacas. Lots of fun, for people of all ages. Thank you Claire for such an amazing guided tour, and many thanks to the volunteers.
