Holidopia miss selling cheap hotels at a higher price.
I have booked my holidays accommodation with them and they sold me a 2 star hotel at the price of 4 star and when I reported the hotel is not 4 star they did nothing to resolve the issue and ruined my holidays. I gave attached pictures of the hotel the sold me as 4 star. My family suffered a lot due to a really un hygiene and completely messy hotel experience.

They took no responsibility to relocate me to a 4 star hotel as sold me, and even don't bothered to question the hotel. They hold a large amount of commission on such hotels by miss selling.

I definitely ask everyone to stay away from this company.

I have had such an AWFUL experience with these guys. please DO NOT even THINK for booking anything with them. They will DOUBLE ticket PRICES to put HUNDREDS in their own POCKETS. BA cancelled their flight, so I was entitled to a FULL refund. I had to WAIT for 9WEEKS and even then I only received 70% of my REFUND. these guys ask you to transfer money DIRECTLY into their BANK ACCOUNT by sending you a SORTCODE and ACCOUNT NUMBER. you then can NOT ASK your BANK to put up a DISPUTE against them. Please NEVER do this. HOWEVER if you do want to take action against them. You can REPORT them to the TRADING STANDARDS, the FRAUD TEAM and get your SOLICITOR Involved. Which I was going to do if I did not receive any money from these SCAMMERS!!.

Scammers… the lot. First time using a travel agency and the scammed me. Still haven’t received my refund. Micheal, the agent I used, always seems to be out of the office when I call to ask for my refund. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!

Holidopia is a scam this company is linked to many other companies the London address they have given is just to legitmise there business, they are liars who just take your money and promise you the world and do not deliver I and many more like me have been scammed and robbed from this company please go to a reputable company in your area not something like this online. There are many companies attached to this London address please save your money before it is taken by non muslims who are prestending to be Muslims.

Scammers liars, do NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF WHAT MR. Zuhaib says! He disappears after you pay the money off your bank account and a so called Mohamed Faisal keeps telling inshallah we book your hotels and transport and he never does!! This company is a scam

I have also recently been scammed from this company on this address.. 13 Station Rd, London SE25 5AH.. the person I spoke to
promised me my ummrah package a week ago.. they have taken £1000 from me but now are not responding to any of my calls... they're a disgrace to any community.. please avoid avoid and go to your local travel agent who you can see face to face and know what your paying for.. soon as you give these lot any money they disappear..
