The staff was very friendly. I would like to give a shoutout to Puja who made our stay extra special. We were staying in the hotel after being in London for the whole day for our 10th wedding anniversary and were greeted by a lovely surprise from Puja. She got us a card, a yummy dessert and balloons in our room after we checked in. She also gave a colouring kit to my 4 year old who was very happy to have it. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi the following morning. Overall it was a memorable stay for us. Thank you to the friendly team of Holiday Inn Shepperton.

We had our wedding at the storyboard venue at Holiday Inn Shepperton. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made everything run very smoothly. We had a very pleasant experience. I would totally recommend. The venue itself is stunning. The rooms are modern and clean. Thanks Chris and the team.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. Can’t find fault in anything. I needed easy access to my room (which included a shower and not a bath) A disabled parking bay close to the entrance. Our dog was made very welcome. A very comfortable bed, good internet access. The staff were lovely. Food was great, including a good selection of gluten free. It was perfect, I will definitely be staying here again.

Upon our arrival we were met up with most friendly staff and check-in was done extremely fast and easy. The thing I wanna highlight with this particular hotel is definatelly our bed! It was the most comfortable. As well as the view from our room - lovely hotel garden with the little lake.

Had a nice drive up the main entrance and it all looked clean and well maintained.
Greeted by a friendly reception, well informed of the facilities and a quick check in.
Room was fresh and clean, not very big but had everything we needed and was comfortable.
Pool was adequate for a quick dip and sauna and steam room were fairly decent, however the jacuzzi is pretty poor as it’s not very big and is like sitting in a plant pot.
Food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and of good quality and the breakfast buffet had a good selection and greeted by a couple of lovely servers to brighten anyone’s day up.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend .

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights because we were down for the weekend to attend a party at the hotel. The hotel was easy to find and in a quiet location with plenty of parking. We were particularly happy that we were allowed to have our dog stay with us for a small cost. She got treats, a blanket and new bowl on arrival, which was lovely and unexpected. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed, the bed was really comfy and the room was a nice place to be. Staff were so friendly and helpful we really felt very welcome. The grounds were pleasant to walk the dog around in the morning and staff made a fuss of her whenever they saw her. The only improvement would be if vegetarian sausages had been on offer for breakfast, there were meat sausages and bacon but no veggie alternatives. Other than that though the food was lovely.

I originally booked through a party and had great service, was told to pay on exit. Tried to book a xtra night and then told to pay, which they just took card details.

On arrival I had to pay there and then plus 2 days parking, couldn’t pay in cash as the whole hotel is card only (Bar, Vending Machine, Restaurant etc). The room we had on 2nd floor was okay lift needs looking at as the door has dent in which scrapes on opening.

Once in room you get one coffee and one hot chocolate drink for a couple, why not two of each?

You get a different pillow for which type of softness which is a good thing.

The mattress is hard and uncomfortable even with the topper they had put on, so not a good sleep.

We then decided to go to the restaurant, hubby being gluten free they went through he menu and even got him to fill in a form and sign (all good there).

At that point we were told we had to pay for our food and drink as we ordered it as it couldn’t go to the kitchen until paid. Wth, what hotel makes you pay for food up front when they have your credit card information and your staying there. Anyway, the waitress comes out and says they can’t do the starter chicken wings as they are gluten free but cooked with gluten so really not gluten free, she tried to get hubby to have something else, which he didn’t like anything so she came back and said would he like chicken cooked another way. So he decided to go with it. Out came a piece of plain boiled (rubbery) chicken and my pate had a fly on the bread. We were offered our sweets free, but decided on not having any so had a free drink. Only having card payment they had trouble with the terminals so that was a delay.

My mum arrived the next day, I had already arranged for her to have a ground floor being in her mid eighties, my sister in law checked her in, and I took her to her room, as we were walking down corridor I could hear noises coming from her room, so told her to stop there, I knocked on her door for the room she was giving and someone said wait a minute, which I said “don’t worry I can open the door” lucky I didn’t as they were getting ready.

I told them that the hotel had given this room to my mum, they were no it’s our room and I showed them her card and key.

I went back to desk and explained what they had done, and they were adamant I was wrong, I then pointed out I wasn’t I explained who was in there and they were insisted that they he computer said no one was in that room. Even after I pointed out that the couple had been in there 2 days.

Instead of just instantly apologising and sorting I had to keep going through it, then to explain my mum is now worried that they could do this to her, and wouldn't and didn’t sleep well.

We went to a party there and couldn’t believe they were serving Baileys in plastic glasses and once again all night had trouble with card payment machines.

After mentioning this to the staff at the desk who just said it’s the same as Wagamama’s, wth I have never been in there and this is a hotel not the same.

As always this is a great place to stay only one issue was my room was near the outside seating area and there was a lot of noise coming from a group of lads who were arguing and even wanted to fight each other.

But apart from that the staff are great and very professional in everyway.

Would be nice to have the car parking free.
