I can’t praise them enough. Competitive prices, good selection and slick booking process. However what makes them standout is how they reacted when things don’t go to plan. After a shock medical diagnosis I got in touch via their online chat to cancel a ski holiday. Nadia showed huge empathy and suggested and looked into other options. She then, taking into account the situation, sorted a solution that went beyond their t&cs. So appreciated. As soon as I’m well enough to travel again, I’ll be rebooking with them.

Disbite having my credit code I am still struggling to get my refund . Not as easy as they would have you believe. Tui passed me to first choice who passed me to holiday hypermarket who don't answer the phone it's alot easier when they take your money.

Hi, I booked a trip a few days ago and got a confirmation letter today through the post addressed to my first name not my surname. O_O As the trip belonged to TUI I gave them a call but they asked to contact Hypermarket directly and ask them to help me to correct it as the purchase was made through them. I was charged 50 pounds for correcting both names. The names for both passengers on the booking were actually spelt correctly but they did seem to be transposed, my first name to be my surname and my surname to be my first name. I paid 50 pounds to re-transpose the names. I did ask for a discretion thinking if I did take the valuable time of the operator to take my card details I could pay for my mistake but maybe one admin fee would be sufficient but I had to pay 2 admin charges for both passengers which I did find maybe mean or unreasonable . And yes I do take the responsibility for my mistake... but I do find 50 pounds to be too much and to be charged twice for the details on the same booking a bit excessive. I do also understand that the operator followed company's procedures but then the company's procedures could be improved. Meanwhile I am not going to use Hypermarket or TUI anymore as customer care actually should be a part of the business model and customer services should help to resolve the issues for free. And there is another thought on this incident, by using the internet customers make it cheaper for the company to operate as they do the work on company's behalf surfing the net and buying things online. If the member of your staff makes a mistake you won't charge this person 50 quid, would you?

My daughter has booked at holiday for 7 people to Benidorm I have paid the balance for them today when we asked for a receipt by email all we got was a screen shot of there computer not very good don't you do proper administration ie letter of confirmation of payment

Tried to book a holiday at 499 but when you get to the end it's 549. Scandalous. Don't offer a price when you can't keep it

Since Thomas Cook went bust prices have climbed up to some really high prices now there's no competition especially in the premium seat area as well as some hotels

Little known website with fantastic bargains. Wary at first but doubts were unfounded. Would definitely recommend you have look.
