Easy to book and pay, however was rung the following day to say Ryanair had put their prices up so they would either refund me or we pay the difference. The gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and had looked for other airports and dates to see if he could get it cheaper but he couldn’t. Over all a good experience good communication. Would use again

AVOID THIS TRAP! They have terrible customer service, and any issues will result in lost money. If you report problems during your stay, they won't respond, and afterwards, they'll claim they can't help because the trip is over.

Had my confirmation booking with Stuart B today, he was very informative and the process was actually really easy. The company is an agency and so the prices can change, so if you booking in advance and can do a low deposit get it in even if not 100% sure to get a phone call back where Stuart is very helpful in finding the best deal to suit your needs ?
Ps the£4.95 transaction fee is on the order summary but Stuart informed that fee is for every card payment and so save up so you can pay the balance with only 1 fee ?

Watch out !!!.Great experience in the past. This time I ended up paying more than the advertised price as they called me within an hour of booking to say the airline had increased their costs after I booked on-line. I paid the higher amount.
I checked next day and the same holiday had actually gone down in price from the original price I paid.
Doesn’t sound very legal to me 🙁

Happy with the way I have been kept updated by email. The holiday I have booked with them via online very good service, and fantastic price. Have not had a phone call, but everything about my holiday has been sent by email and is all printed off and I am ready to go. Roll on December. Thank you holiday gem.

Really impressed with the service and attention to detail. We haven’t used a holiday booking company for a few years as we usually find it easier to book direct with airlines and hotels etc to get the holiday we want, being a family of various age groups. But we were pleasantly surprised that you can pick and choose exactly what you want and need with Holiday Gems. Stuart was really helpful in getting us the best deal and understood exactly what our requirements were. Would definitely recommend Holiday Gems

the booking was good and smooth online. However, the reply from the agents were a bit slow. couple of times I had to wait 18-20mins for them to answer my call and I ended up hanging up. some emails also went unanswered initially but later picked up. Overall average but room for improvement is there with the agent's response(especially male agents).
