Used Jo to book a hire care for Orlando. Took out full insurance. Got to the desk and the representative was saying I needed all these extra covers or I d be liable for the smallest scratch. Contacted Jo and she sorted it and all the extra charges they d scared me into, were removed from my card. Using her company again for my next holiday. It’s reassuring to have someone easily contactable whilst you are away in case an issue arises with the car hire company

Always using Holiday Car Hire ! Always get the best deals, can’t go wrong. So easy and straight forward think we are on our 4th or 5th Booking. Usually book for Florida but have a car in France this time and booked with Jo and again was so easy.

Absolutely awful scam company does not inform you. You need a credit card to pay £1750 deposit for a car that you will most likely find a fake fault with extremely useless and rude

Charging almost £2000 without disclosing it in the email. The man was very unprofessional and disrespectful and slapped me and my friend. Would not recommended
