I have just bought an mx 5 from hodsons. The sales team were brilliant and we mainly dealt with Mike. The car was properly prepared for us to collect. Really nice experience. My husband has just purchased a Peugeot Expert Van from this garage & all I can say is WOW! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. He dealt with Mike from start to finish and he was brilliant, no pushy sales pitches, communication was spot on & just amazing customer service. Bought a car from Hodsons recently and we were blown away by the service from Mike, one of the sales representatives. Not only is Mike a genuinely nice and friendly person but he's honest and puts you, as the customer first! From reserving the car through to collection Mike spent time to explain everything to us, even taking time to show us all the car functions, providing us with tips and making sure we understood everything along the way. If you visit Hodsons make sure you ask for Mike and you won't be disappointed.

Hodson Ford Service
Car Service booked and completed very efficiently along with extras that I specifically requested that were not included in my service plan.
The extras were quoted by Hodson's service department prior to the Service and came in at the price listed.
I was kept informed of the service status and final costs.
Car was delivered back to me cleaned and on time.
The service department has always been excellent , that is why I stay with Hodson's.

Vehicle had service and MOT. Excellent communications. Not the cheapest but quality never comes cheap. Side repeater replaced on wing mirror but I thought only the bulb needed replacing (but I’m no expert)!
All in all I will stay with these people for quality service and communication which is first class.
