Brilliant! Unusual museum within the ship itself. Interesting artefacts and fun to go down the decks where each ceiling gets progressively lower. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Sadly not suitable for those with limited mobility. Otherwise, a great find. Recommend

It was a slow day, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. When you go, make sure you have no extra bags with you as you need 2 hands to use the steps as they are typical ship steps, very steep. The ceilings are also low, so be aware you'll have to stoop as you walk through. It is good to see, and once they get more ahead with the restorations, I think it will get better and better

It’s quite an experience getting to see and explore a ship of this age, in some ways quite surreal.

It’s so interesting learning about the different construction techniques and the amount of work that goes into building these ships. You get a real sense of perspective walking around the different areas of the ship as you learn about it.

The staff are very knowledgeable and passionate and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the ship or the lives of those who worked and trained aboard.

Definitely a place to visit!
