Took my car to fix the air conditioning. Diagnostic check was carried out and I was told that there was a leak at the bottom of the condenser. Was informed that they would source and price the part required. Nothing heard for two days so I called back . Was then just told then that they couldn't do anything for me and to take it to a Lexus dealer. I looked online and could find two complete condensers at £128 and £158 so no idea why they would not carry out the job. Not very impressive customer relations and certainly wouldn't be recommending.

Garage has replaced and engine for me, MOTed my vehicles. Replaced what needed Replaced and all at a great price. Don't go anywhere else. Although I wish some of you would as they are really busy and booking your car in can take some time for an appointment

Wiper mechanism. They claimed that a new part had been fitted. It's a lie. Old part fixed. Now it's broken again after 1 year. I paid £ 100 for it. They also lost a plastic cup from the wiper screw. Amateurs. Don't trust them at all. Avoid them if you can.

An extremely competent and professional service, I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs and the bill was exactly as quoted.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HK Autotek and their the only mechanic I will now use.

After trying several garages to get a bulb changed on my Mazda 6 this garage gave me the time of day , they looked at it found access where no one else even looked and ordered it up and changed the bulb that day
