Would give 0 Stars!!!! Awful. Scammers. Avoid. Van not roadworthy when we picked it up. It had been broken into, the battery had be stollen and the doors damaged. 40 minutes later they threw a battery in. I had to later secure the battery in, put air in the tyres and no diseal in tank. It had no 2nd gear, driver window didn't open, cracked windscreen, 1 wiper blade missing (and our journey was in the rain) and when we went into 1st gear all the alarms went off on the dashboard, every time!. Had to fight to get any refund and just gave me half back.

Hiring out non road worthy vehicles to the public. Bald tyres, couldn't securely lock vehicle, dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. Absolutely disgraceful! This place should NOT be able to trade.

Hired a Ford Transit was in a disgusting state,didn't know till I opened rear doors there was earth and glass on floor,and there was a massive hole in floor and the heel arch was rusted though,no passenger wing mirror,so you cou see when reversing, I complained to owner that van was surely un road worthy. Demanded a refund,he offered me a third of the £100 I paid =£30 so I took it.Was amazed that when I paid for van wasn't outside to check over but was nearly 2 miles away in Abercynon, in a lay by,so I had to leave my car in lay by overnight.

Rip off company do not hire or buy anything from these absolute scam artists should be shut down van wasnt even road legal falling appart and doors wouldnt even close. Van was full of thick mud and dirt.

Gutted that I didn't read these reviews before hiring a car from this company. Been given a scratched, stinking dirty car, with engine light on and even had to have it jump started to start it from the offset. Absolute waste of money. Will be reporting to the ombudsman if I don't get a refund.

Only 1 star as unable to leave a zero star rating.
This bunch of cowboys should be call,"DO NOT HIRE ME"
£95 to hire a van that was not fit to put a dog in.The first van they tried to give me was full of builders rubble,the second was only slightly less disgusting!
Had to clean all the controls ie steering wheel,gear know etc before use.
The van had NO handbrake whatsoever and should definitely no be on the road,let alone be hired out.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DANGEROUS

Worst ‘hire’ company I’ve ever used. Had a transit off them and it had to get jump started as it broke down! Absolute crook.

Do not use this company, they are a disgrace! They have abandoned one of their clapped out vans outside my house for 5 weeks now and have refused to move it despite numerous phone calls from myself and other neighbours. They have no respect for our community. The person that hired it says that their service was terrible as a hirer and they even accused her of not paying when she had. The van looks totally un road worthy, you would have to be crazy to hire or buy anything from them, they are a disgusting company.
