Such a pleasant experience dealing with Hire2you at Rochester. Dave was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING- very friendly and professional. We called up on a Saturday and we were promptly helped with a large van to enable us to move. No tricks or dirty business. Would definitely be using them again. Drop off was nice and smooth as well.

Having used Hire2you a number of times, they’ve been faultless. The vans are always in good condition and always clean.
If ever a problem with a van arose, quick phone call, and issue sorted out. All the people that work at Hire2you are engaging, helpful and actually have a cracking sense of humour.

Pricing is fair and honest, no hidden charges. You pay an upfront deposit, which is then refunded on return of the vehicle.

If you need clarification of pricing, call them, they will walk you through how hiring a vehicle works.

Hired a van that had no safety checks carried out on site and was issued to us with a puncture, which we discovered when we arrived home. They didn't send someone out to get it fixed and suggested that WE pay for a mobile tyre company to come out and fix it (bearing in mind this was a late Friday afternoon). They refused to refund the hire fee or reimburse us for the repair. But when it came to checking damage, we were sent a defects document that highlighted two defects, which we could evidence with photos that were there on collection of the vehicle (lucky we took our own photos). So be very careful as they will try to create problems so they can deduct from your deposit. Dishonest company, won't be using or recommending them to anyone.

Very affordable car rental. None of these hidden charges and payments. Everything explained to you prior so no issues. Fantastic clean car I was given and it drove lovely, unlike some of the cars you get from other rental firms. This place clearly takes care of their vehicles before and after. Staff are nice, helpful and quite flexible with return times. The van was perfect for my needs. Just be aware that if you cause any damage to the vehicle they may charge your card directly and without warning to pay for the damages.
