The best Hilton we have “ever” stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. A special mention to Jana who emailed prior to our arrival to ensure our room had everything we wanted - including extra pillows. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and the variety was fantastic. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable, complimentary Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The pool is an added bonus. The hotel has parking too. Wish we could have stayed longer. You’ll definitely be seeing us again. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Windsor.

Dear staff at Hilton Reading, ||We are fortunate enough to have travelled all over the world with our two young children and we can safely say that you all provided us with the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious! But most importantly and the stand out aspect of our stay was that every one of you were friendly, kind and so helpful! We never had to ask twice for anything or had to wait more than a couple of minutes for whatever it was we asked for. If you’re lucky during a hotel stay you’ll check out with that one star staff member in mind who went above and beyond to make your stay extra special and/or comfortable. Amazingly, we’ve left your establishment with 4 staff members who fit this bill! A massive thank you to Paige for sorting out our extended stay meaning we didn’t have to pack up and unpack again - no small thing when it comes to travelling with small children! Thank you to Iva for being so lovely with our son and giving him the personal tour of the hotel, he had so much fun. Thank you to Jana for all your help with our bags during check out and again for being so wonderful with the kids! And finally, a huge thank you to the highlight of our stay, Mia! You are amazing and truly wonderful. You anticipated our needs from mini hotel slippers to babycinos to helping me carry my husband’s coffee whilst I also had to navigate holding a baby and heavy nappy bag and pushing the pram! You really did go above and beyond every time we saw you and always with such a genuine smile and lovely personality. I stay at Hilton Reading a few times a month for work and it’s always a really good experience. The staff are welcoming and professional and they always seem to remember returning guests which makes a big difference when you are away from home so often.||The rooms are spacious, comfortable and kept spotless. The beds are excellent and I always sleep well which is exactly what you need when you have an early start the next day. The gym is well equipped and the pool is a nice bonus if you want to relax after work.||Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and the restaurant and bar have a good variety if you want to eat in. Parking is straightforward and the location works well both for the business park and for getting into Reading.||Overall it is a hotel that does everything you need when travelling for business. Comfortable, convenient and with a level of service you can rely on.

Had a wonderful stay, with room was amazing, very clean and the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was worth every penny. Also had excellent service from Piotr at the front desk, very attentive to our stay. I would highly recommend Hilton Reading.

Hilton Reading is a lovely hotel, we always stay here when we visit. Reception staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful. Two employees stood out for me on this trip: Katalina and Mia. Katalina is very kind, understanding and patient, she turned a tricky situation good and I absolutely applaud her going over and above and taking time to have a chat to fix things. Mia greeted us for breakfast and remembered that I have some allergies, I was impressed and felt seen and heard. It was a good experience and I am grateful!

Regular visitor here and it works well as a reliable base, given there aren’t that many real|options in the area. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the fitness facilities are a strong point and a decent underground car park. ||The weak spot is food and beverage — the restaurant could be better on dinner service price to quality ratio , and on one occasion I was served a warm Guinness from a can with the offer of ice to cool it down! That said, with limited options in Reading, I return regularly because the stay itself is consistently good and I typically don’t eat dinner there . The breakfast is pretty decent .

Just had a fantastic 2 nights here. Down visiting family. The hotel is just what we were looking for from our bedroom to the restaurant could not fault a thing. Emilia in the bar was a delight as was the girl on Fri night can’t remember her name. Tim our waiter was also a great guy very good at his job and makes all the effort to make sure you are happy with your meal. All staff encountered were also very nice people. To top it all off we meet players from Wimbledon FC , and a group from the 70/80s The Sugar Hill Gang. ||So once agai a shout out to all the staff and Emilia & Tim

Stayed 8/8 for two nights. Emailed hotel before it was husband’s birthday so I think that was why we had an upgrade, much appreciated. We were checked in by a super lovely lady called Amara who was kind, professional and very customer focused obviously an asset to the hotel. When she found out about birthday she sent up a card and cake how delightful that was. She also explained everything about hotel. Room was, large and clean with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but had the softest white towels ever. Whole hotel was spotless with a huge reception with a nice elegant decor. Parking was easy underground. Been here twice before. Bar is large and had comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy drinks. Decent cocktails. Breakfast was great with all the hot/cold delights you would expect. Only thing missing was nuts but that’s me being fussy. Food was replenished quickly. Had dinner both nights, nice menu and delicious food. We had fantastic service from Ilia he was excellent, efficient, friendly, very good at his job and very client focused another asset to the hotel. Once he found out it was a birthday we were treated like VIPs, it made our evening, nothing was too much trouble, a birthday cake came out, without asking, that doesn’t happen often. All the staff inc Ava and breakfast staff seemed very efficient. A very nice stay indeed, would definitely go again and definitely recommend. What a pleasure to stay somewhere and everything is perfect.
