I was in town to visit family over the summer. ||I had clearly not paid attention when making my booking and turned up an entire 24hours early! ||I was tired, had two children in tow and nowhere else to stay, at such short notice. I needn’t have worried. Nicha and Hannah were superb. They reassured me that they could change my booking and after some wrangling with their system that’s precisely what they did. ||Not only did they manage to adjust my booking, at a time when the hotel was relatively full, but they got me one of the newly refurbished double rooms. ||I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency in resolving an issue that I had created. The room was appealing, well laid out and extremely comfortable. ||I’ve always had good service here (hello Marieke!!!). And value their good service and superb staff.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We had some issues with our car and had to wait in the reception area for several hours until the recovery and courtesy car arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during that time, they kindly offered us coffee and checked in on us often. A special thanks to Mareike, who was especially kind.
Their genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into a much more pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Ours was a 1 night stay. We were in187, a nice and spacious suite. The hotel is good and all the staff we met were very polite and friendly. We very much enjoyed drinks in the bar area and the breakfast choices were superb.|That said, I question if our room had been cleaned to standards. The bathroom bin had not been emptied and it was clear that the lounge area had not been hoovered. One of the bath towels had an unpleasant looking stain on it and it is for these reasons we give a 3 star rather than a 5.

Angela at reception was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and such kindness. She was especially thoughtful with my toddler — even though she wasn’t restless, Angela offered her some LEGO and colouring materials, which was such a sweet gesture. She also noticed my daughter loved flowers and picked a few sprigs of lavender from the desk just for her. It made her day!

Angela’s warmth and genuine care really stood out. She’s a true credit to the team and made our visit feel extra special. Thank you, Angela!

A great experience , despite slight hiccup
My family and I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Northampton. The buffet was great, and the team did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. Dawn, the manager, was a great host, and we thank her and the entire team very much for the accommodations.

Just the loveliest hotel for families. Breakfast was amazing and Marta made us feel right at home. The kiddie tent in our room made the children feel so happy while we got ready.

Wifi connection was very poor and Air conditioning didn’t work, so temperature in the room was too high, even though I had the window slightly open, and the fan on full blast. Was supposed to be a quiet room, but outside I heard some shouting late at night… I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel though… hard to legislate for that.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, rooms are a bit dated but clean. Breakfast staff were amazing and friendly, it was my daughters birthday, they brought her a cake and made it special for her thank you so much!
