When I arrived I was given a room that resembled a storage closet, with a single small high up window, no view of any sky light at all, and loud elevator machinery just behind a double door that appeared to be an old closet. It was dark, depressing, and constantly noisy (room 352). |The hotel did change my room to a "normal " room the following day upon my complaint. However, even that room had dim bathroom lighting, and some lights and outlets that did not work. The bathroom was so narrow and cramped that I, though I am thin, had to carefully move the door in order to get in and out of the bathroom. |In terms of the meeting room area, it was very inconvenient that the restrooms were located an entire level above or below the ballroom, but none on the same level as the ballroom. The elevators were very slow, or didn't arrive at all. There was much walking up and down stairs in dress shoes over the course of 3 days.|The breakfast was not impressive in the Tyburn restaurant. The buffet did not have a great selection. |The hotel was not located in an area convenient to seeing any of the sights of london.|The only aspect of the hotel I liked was the Tyburn market, which had convenient coffee, sandwiches, and snacks which were of good quality and taste, and quick to obtain.

Stayed at other hotels in the Hilton chain and have to say this one is one probably not one of the best
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Lobby areas clean and impressive and the catering facilities and restaurant were excellent. Breakfast choice was superb.
However, are accessible room in the West Wing was not anything special.
On arrival we discovered there was no safe in the room which the itinerary said there was. The automatic door exit didn't work, neither did the television or the light in the shower.
A layer of dust on the self showed it hadn't been serviced properly.
The room and furnishings looked tired and in desperate need of major refurbishment.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, so slept well.

To the respected Hilton Hotel Management,
I would like to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. I had booked a room with specific space requirements through Booking.com and paid an additional amount to ensure I received the upgraded room category, not the standard one.
Upon arrival, I was assisted by Lorenza at the front desk, who completed my check-in and directed me to a room that turned out to be much smaller than what I had booked. When I returned to the reception (Hala) welcomed my inquiry with great professionalism and courtesy. I truly appreciate her high level of respect, kindness, and efficiency in resolving the issue.

My advice to future guests is to double-check that the room they receive matches exactly what was booked, as not all front desk staff demonstrate the same level of attention and care.
In conclusion, sincere thanks and appreciation to Hala and Mr. Hamza. Their professional service made a positive difference in my stay

Wonderful hotel and great staff. Had the honor of meeting Gibreal in the executive lounge and let me tell you, he made my day each and every morning I saw him. Rooms are very well laid out and location is superb.

Location was great. That's about the only great thing. Says 4 star, it's 3 at best, and charges an arm and a leg for everything. Want to buy a drink inside the hotel? Paying double what you'd pay across the street. Asked for THREE DAYS to get a spare duvet, kept getting told "we have no extra". You are lying, you are a HOTEL, your specialty is bedding. Finally had to have it out with a manager to get one. Rooms aren't special, whole hall smelled like noodles. Elevators run down. Our entrance wasn't even open, had to go to the main. Service was poor...

Positive: The staff were very friendly and always looking to take care of you. We have 3 children and booked the room with the sofa bed which was really nice. Negative: There are two towers with rooms where the majority are the ones with the red carpet which are a bit dated and the bed mattresses are on the harder side.

Serving the guest is not a priority as the hotel is crowded in summer. We reported a failed air conditioning 3 times, the technician came and confirmed that the A/C in not working, room service did nothing. Calling reception is impossible, you have to run 10 floors then stand in a queue to request a service or coordinate another! Replenishment of stuff in the room such as hand wash and coffee is not easy! Breakfast and dinner were included, breakfast is great but dinner is not suitable, I don’t recommend it.
