First off, I’m a gold Hilton rewards member. Ive never had a bad experience with the branch until now! The hotel is dark and miserable looking. The room was outdated, practically analog TV. The tea/ coffee facilities are extremely basic and felt cheap. The bathroom was grubby and had a funny smell about it. ||This is where it gets bad. The ‘spa’ facilities are GROSS!! There was visible scum in the pool, the stream room had dirt and grass inside of it. The sauna had used water drinking cones in it from where people were scooping the chlorinated water to Chuck on the coals inside. There was heaps of used pool towels all over the place but no fresh ones. Honestly it was disgusting. This was meant to be an adult only space but there seemed to be multiple kids/ infants in the pool area ||The restaurant has possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Rude rude waiters and waitresses, rolling their eyes, standing around on their phones at the desks/ bars. I actually complained to the assistant F&B manager who didn’t give a flying hoot! The curry took 40 mins to come out and wasn’t any better than a frozen supermarket meal. The breakfast was least desirable, cold food, little selection, no gluten free options readily available. Other guests putting pastries in the toaster and microwave, even though a sign was displayed not to. The cutlery was dirty and the glasses too. ||I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. Do not waste your money. Hilton you’ve lost a loyal customer. Never again after this experience

Excellent hotel, very clean comfortable king bed room with adequate space. Shower pressure is typical for the UK so don't expect an American power shower!! Staff are helpful and friendly. Lobby bar was nice with great service and if you're not looking for fine dining it offers a great selection. We opted for burgers and sandwiches (very good) but there were salads, steaks, pizza and curries to choose from as well. Breakfast in the main dining room was super and our waitress, Angel, was friendly and efficient at getting our days started in a happy and positive way.

Stopped here overnight before early flight following morning.
Good value for money Room Night before flight and parking while away, knowing when you get back your cars where you left it.
It has a bar and restaurant so you are able to get a drink and a meal.
Theres also couple places within walking distance if you wanna go out.

Stayed here for 1 night in September 2025 before a flight to Denver. From checking in we had a good experience. All the employees were welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are airy and bright.
Breakfast was lovely and Mohan couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable.

A lovely setting - quiet, relaxed and stylish. Outside the main entrance you can experience planes flying literally just over the top of the building. Very impressive!|We received attentive and thoughtful service from Sallar in the Gallery restaurant. A beautiful steak meal with a good selection of wines.

Booked hotel with parking. The first issue was that there were no parking spaces available. But far worse than that, we discovered that our room was above an Indian wedding party. The noise was indescribable. The reverberation from the amplifiers went right through you it was so loud. And it carried on at that volume until 1am. We had to get up at 5.15 for an early flight. I am utterly disgusted that Hilton Group think it is acceptable to sell rooms in which it is literally impossible to sleep. You expect a certain level of service from a prestige name but I won’t be fooled by the marketing hype again. It was a shoddy establishment and we would have done better staying in a cheap guest house. I would advise you to give this hotel a wide berth.

Overall, a very good experience. The hotel is conveniently located for travelers using Heathrow Airport, offering comfortable rooms and efficient service. Room service is available, which is great for late arrivals or early departures—though the night menu is somewhat limited, it still provides enough options for a quick bite. Staff were professional and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet, making it a good place to rest before or after a flight. Would recommend for a short stay.

Had a very quick overnight stay as we had an early flight from Heathrow in the morning.
The hotel was nice, and convenient for what we needed it for.

It was well maintained, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were clean and comfy, however the showers were such a poor quality, no water pressure at all and just trickled out. My Mothers room was also the same.
