Sorry for the late review.

I stayed at the Hilton Gatwick due to a late flight arrival, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is perfectly located for travelers, offering quick and easy access from the airport.

The staff were Welcoming at corridor efficient, and I would like to give special recognition to my room attendant, Bijey who was their on my room after i returned back for the sleep.The room was immaculately prepared, spotless, and extremely comfortable thanks to his attention to detail. After a long day of travel, it was exactly what I needed.

The quiet, comfortable room ensured a restful night’s sleep, and I will not hesitate to choose the Hilton Gatwick again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking convenience paired with excellent service.

When I checked out, I forgot a small bag containing personal items in my room. I immediately notified the hotel, but it never appeared. This reflects a serious lack of responsibility on the part of housekeeping, as they should be checking the rooms thoroughly. The feeling that remains is that items are lost because the job isn't done properly or even because a staff member may have kept them.

It's a huge disappointment.

We got off our cruise, but didn’t leave Gatwick till the next day. This was the perfect and affordable overnight hotel! Lots of food options, and right next to the trains. We went into London, took us about an hour, but super easy to navigate! Staff was very friendly. It’s not super fancy, but it was clean and comfy! We would definitely stay again of we needed a close airport hotel!

First class from start to finish and everyone so helpful. Check in was so quick and easy and a special mention to Ash who was polite, helpful and accomodating, she could not have done any more to help us. The Executive lounge was comfortable, quiet and well stocked and again everyone so pleasant and helpful. A special mention to Bianca and Ricardo who worked with smiles on their faces and were good fun to interact with in the evening. Breakfast was quick and pleasant in the lounge and helped us on our way. Very enjoyable stay and again, thank you Ash, Bianca and Ricardo.

Hotel fine and convenient for airport but what was outstanding was Raji the waiter in the Garden Restaurant. He was funny, helpful and gave good menu advice. His service was impeccable, sorry I had no cash to give him an extra tip!

Sure, the location is convenient for the airport but don’t expect to get any sleep if your room overlooks the bar! Noisy even after the bar closes. People talking all night. What looked like homeless people sleeping in the lobby.

This hotel is a sprawling mess. The newer Executive rooms are a long way from the terminal and no better than the nearer rooms. Reception did not warn us and then were difficult about moving us. Reception did not code our keys for the Exec Lounge and did not tell us we were entitled to Exec Lounge access. The restaurant food was very good. The Exec Lounge staff were lovely , when we got in ! Reception service is poor. Pretty boring hotel, nice staff, bad reception - no acknowledgement of hilton honours or exec room.

We had canapés and drinks in the executive lounge, we had incredible service from Lauren, Laura and Bianca, both friendly and professional! Will definitely return. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere relaxed and calming, and again the service we received from the girls was second to none!
