The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and modern. The hotel is in a great location as you are 1 minute walk away from the dockyard and the same distance from the shops and restaurants.

The breakfast has a good selection and the food quality is good.

The only downsides is the limited on sure parking but there is a Q park opposite and you get a discount code for this and the rooms are on the warmer side and there are no windows to open the let some air through

After a short wait to check in, I was greeted by a polite person on reception and warmly welcomed to the property. Soon after, I was making my way to my room on the 6th floor.

The room was clean and spacious, ideal for a one night stay, although some of the furniture felt a little dated. The view from the room was really good, and with it being a pleasant sunny day, it was great to be able to enjoy the sights of the river and Liverpool One.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and has the usual facilities you would expect from a Hilton property. Breakfast was served on the ground floor in the hotel restaurant. While the food itself was generally fine, there were a number of unclean tables and missing cutlery. I am unsure if this was due to a lack of team members or something else, but I only noticed one young person doing their best to manage what was clearly a very busy breakfast service.

The hotel also has an executive lounge accessible to guests staying in executive rooms or Hilton Honours higher tier members. It is open most of the day for hot and cold drinks, and between 6pm and 8pm there are some light bites and drinks available. Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to enjoy the evening service, but I did pop in during the day for a quick look.

Overall, another nice stay at this hotel. Thanks to its great location, I will definitely return in the future.

Me and my partner are both first timers to the city of Liverpool and Hilton hotels for that matter. It was a brilliant few days with plenty to see and do! If you want to get the hop on hop off bus it’s just based at the royal Albert dock across the road (reception staff will give you more information and be more than happy to help) the location is fantastic! ||We arrived around 9pm quite late. The staff on reception were great. Parking is a little tricky but you can park in the Q park which you have to book online but the reception staff helped me do this and also gave me 30% discount for it too. The access for that is in the middle of the road underground but like I say reception staff pointed this out clearly to me||Another guest asked for a fan for his room so we did the same thing (this is highly recommended during the summer months as the hotel is glass fronted so ends up like a greenhouse) and it was there ready when we got to the room we didn’t have to wait for it ||The room service/cleaning is a little weak. There was often dirty trays, plates etc left in the hallways outside of peoples rooms. We would go out at 10AM and come back in at 4/5PM and they’d still be there. There was never a problem with our room itself though, that was always cleaned ||We asked for 2 pint glasses of ice for room service one night as we’d brought our own drinks. The young blonde haired lad on the bar said they were busy and understaffed so there would be a wait so I just went down and got them myself.||We had breakfast the day we were checking out and that was very nice. Great selection to choose from

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone coming to town. Close to the Albert Docks, waterfront, M&S Bank arena and Liverpool One shopping. We arrived early and asked to leave our bags with the hotel while we went to explore the city and the receptionist was very friendly and was able to check us in early. It was much appreciated. The room itself was a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. |The hotel itself is actually quite run down for a Hilton. The rooms really need a makeover and a really good clean. Our room was dusty and actually quite grubby. |Would I stay here again? Probably if I was using points or they had a special deal going on. Otherwise I’d probably spend my money at a nicer hotel in the city

Superb Location Hotel in L1
We stayed 4 nights this summer in Hilton. The hotel is really nice and the rooms were great as they were quite large. We also really liked the fact it had both a functioning A/C and connecting rooms.
The staff also makes this place special, we were really happy with the friendliness of everyone, from doorman, receptionist, server, etc. they were all really nice.
The last but not least positive, is that his hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a large American chain such as Hilton.
The negatives is that this hotel is aging, the rooms need an upgrade. The A7C was working but not so great, the carpet & furniture are starting to look a but old.
I would still recommend it just for the location and the people, but really management as to work on improving the rooms.

Had a great stay here, room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Raymond on the front desk was exceptionally helpful on our first visit to Liverpool. Close to everything, easy to get back to the hotel for a rest or change. Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice and lots of nice touches to sample.

We stayed at the Hilton Liverpool, and the experience was very good overall. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel also offered a lounge, which was a nice touch and added convenience during our stay.||What made this trip even more special was having the Hilton hospitality ticket for the Liverpool vs. Arsenal game a truly unforgettable experience that elevated our visit.||The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well-managed, though I wouldn’t quite rate it 5 stars compared to other Hilton properties I’ve experienced. Still, it’s an excellent choice for anyone visiting Liverpool and I would happily return.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at The Hilton. To our surprise, our room was upgraded & we had a fab view - very much appreciated. The only thing is that the rooms could do with a touch up (painting, etc) but nothing major. Overall, we will be back. The location was brilliant, so worth it!
