We booked for two nights and had the worst two nights sleep possible. The hotel decor is very outdated and the carpets are heavily stained. We had a very large fluorescent pink stain next to the bed. The bed frame is wooden and creaked every time we moved. We had only been provided with two pillows - both of which were thin. I asked at the desk if I could have more as we had only been provided with two, rather than four, and were told no as house keeping had left for the day and everything was locked. We ended up having to use our own clothing as pillows. When we fed this back at reception upon checking out, we were offered a cup of coffee to apologise. I declined this and was then offered a bottle of water for our trip home instead. Having paid over £200 for two nights, it simply wasn’t worth it. I left feedback with the hotel when I was sent a review form and requested that someone contact me to discuss this and I am yet to hear back, over two weeks later. The service and rooms are not worth the price and I’d avoid staying here in the future.

I have arrived and getting told i would not get my dinner for 2 with steak dinner for my mums birthday but they definitely followed through 🙂 The kindness of all the staff and the AMAZING food really changed our moods . Honestly that prawn and chicken Caesar salad was the best I’ve had in my life. And i have had many salads from all over the world. It was very kind of them to add a 20% discount for our troubles. But i loved the experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at the Hilton the night before our wedding.
Firstly, the positives were that the lobby is welcoming and looks a bit more updated than the rest of the hotel. The car park has ample parking and it's not too expensive to park overnight.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a variety of hot and cold food and drinks. The service was friendly with the receptionists helping sort any queries out and they even let us host my henna party in the bar area/courtyard.

However, the rooms were tired, though comfy beds to sleep in, the furniture and decor needs a great update. The major issue was that the room was advertised as an 'accessible' room however, none of the rooms were accessible as they all have a bathroom. This, I believe is false advertisement as my sibling has mobility issues and epilepsy and can fall at any given moment when trying to step up into a bathtub. This needs to be changed immediately as people with mobility impairment should not arrive thinking they are going to have access to a wetroom/walk-in shower. 'Accessible' simply means a ground floor room, though there's a lift so it does not really matter.

I do credit the reception staff who did give us a refund for the additional two nights as my family could not stay in the room and had to find another accomodation nearby.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, check in was easy and we were able to check in an hour early as the room was ready. We had breakfast each day and Robert was polite and caring, he was able to direct us to a lovely woodland walk from the hotel and was always attentive making us feel very at home. The parking was reasonably priced at £7 for each night. The WiFi was easy to access. The pool facilities were well looked after and booking a time slot for this was easy. Our room was clean and the house keeping were polite. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days at this property. Great Room and staff. I wanted to acknowledge Corina and Shouket from the front desk team, they were amazing! very professional and pleasant to deal with. They helped us with anything we needed and also there to answer our questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Lovely stay. All staff, including housekeeping ,were so helpful, but a special mention to Robert, who looked after us so well each morning at breakfast, with his super sense of humour giving us a sunny start to each day. His recommendation for a local walk was lovely. Breakfast was great and the bacon was fabulous. Bed was very comfy and the appointment system at the pool meant it wasn't too busy

The hotel looks impressive but inside is in need of some love and paint. Plenty of parking at £7 24 hours. Reception check in friendly and professional. Room was large, beds comfy, hair dryer, iron, tea coffee. Shower over deep bath.
But room and hotel could do with refurbishment as carpets marked, furniture dated rooms tired looking. Nothing in walking distance. But restaurants and takeaway five mins drive
Breakfast buffet plenty of choice hot and cold, staff friendly and helpful.

Easy to park. Room was ready early. Was able to book a swim before we arrived. Room was comfortable everything you needed. Very comfortable. Breakfast was so fresh and lots of choice.
