We were able to select our room via the Hilton App which was a great advantage. Fourth floor room was spacious without any external or internal noise. Hilton breakfast was great and all staff were both friendly and professional.|Surprised to be charged £15 per night for car parking as I did not see any advance warning of this?

The first time we arrived at the hotel the room was amazing and clean, but this time we were put in 115 there was a big stain on the floor, which was near the bathroom. We could hear the planes, also the air conditioning was not right. The first time we arrived at the hotel it was amazing. The staff are very friendly Matthew, Lillie, Jobey, Hawry and Gaby were all friendly. A lovely lady called Kerri was amazing, we had our dog so we had to stay in the bar area, she set our table like the other ones with condiments which was never done the first time. Kerrie made a big fuss of our dog and was really quick helping us with things. This lady I would give 10/10 for customer service. The food is to high standard complements to your chief.

Amazing two night stay here! Rooms were generously sized, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. Iron and hairdryer in room were also decent. ||Also really loved the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Felt like a mini spa break each day! The gym was well furnished too given that it wasn't enormous. ||Breakfast was a particular highlight - the selection was incredible, it all tasted great and there were milkshakes and juices and other options aimed at children. ||We didn't have our kids with us, but noted that kids are incredibly well catered to in the restaurant area. There was a little fenced creche area with soft toys and a play tent in the restaurant, and at breakfast there was a kids station with lego and colouring in the corner. It was secluded enough to not disturb other guests too, but still visible for parents to keep an eye on their children. ||Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating! We'd definitely come back. Only thing that was a bit frustrating is having to pay for parking, but all things considered we didn't mind, given how conveniently it's located and how nice it is!

We stayed here during our race weekend visits to Donnington Park Racetrack. This time around it was just below par from the first visit earlier this year.|We’re in the second floor this time. The room was spacious but a tad smaller than the ground floor rooms.|We had a sofa in the room the last time!|Our bed was comfortable but unfortunately ruined by noisy kids running riot upstairs! They woke us up at 3.32am!! We had|To be up early for racing and was fairly frustrated. |Feedback: why not put them in the ground floor rooms so that they can run riot without disturbing anyone!!||Bathroom had renovation as curtain was no longer in use. However, the shower leaked all over the floor as you can see from the towels on the slippery floor.|The shower pressure was good though.||Breakfast was good and there was black puddings. Don’t bother with the hard boil eggs.||Dinner was good in the bar area Except the grisly sirloin steak 🥩 at £30 a piece. Half of our serving was grisly and inedible. ||Reception was warm and friendly. Checking in and out was excellent and no queue with careless key and eco friendly. If you are in a rush to leave, it is one of the highlights here.

We have used this hotel several times before and had a pleasant stay. Sadly this time it didn't work out so well. On the first morning we had an early appointment so went for breakfast just after it started at 0630 to be informed the chef hadn't yet arrived so cold buffet and toast only for next half hour or so. We had to leave before it was up and running. That afternoon we returned looking forward to a swim at about 2pm. We signed in at the pool and had a good swim and sauna, but noticed the poolside shower was cold and a dribble so you couldn't shower after the sauna. When we went to change the showers in changing room also cold only, so we returned to our room and found the same. Rang reception who said maintenance had turned off all hot water and would be another half hour so we had to wait around in our room checking regularly until back on. There were no signs and the pool attendant didn't say anything either. This morning intended a bit of a lie in, but the phone started ringing at 0545, presumably an alarm call for someone else as just a dead line. One of the managers had arranged a points credit and two drinks vouchers the previous evening to compensate for breakfast, but even then the bar staff when my wife asked for a white wine only offered a small pinot grigiot, not her favourite and said there were no other choices. All in all not a good experience all round and very different to previous visits.

stayed the night before an early morning flight. booked a stay and park package which wasn't much more this just parking its self.||we were attracted too the Hilton for the spa access you get which didn't disappoint. a nice sauna and steam before holiday was nice. we traveled to donnington for food which isn't far. stopped to watch the planes on the way back!||the room is what lets the place down. whereas the reception, spa, bar etc is all cutting edge the rooms are like your grandmas old place. dark wood etc. nothing actually wrong with it but doenst match the public space vibe.||saying that we will defo use again. the staff were friendly and welcoming. we didn't have breakfast as where out to early.

Very dog friendly hotel, and because of taking a dog may explain why the room we had was a bit dated. (not a complaint... An observation!!)
Breakfast was excellent... We had a separate, dog friendly area away from the main restaurant.

As an airport hotel sometimes you don’t expect too much but this was excellent. The facilities are good, the food well prepared and tasty and the accommodation comfortable. What makes it truly 5 star though is the staff. All were friendly , welcoming and efficient but one, a young lady called Michaela, made our stay really excellent. Thank you!
