We have dealt with Brett, Tina and staff for a number of years now - first meeting them at the CMC Show at the NEC Birmingham.
Since then, we have purchased/ had repaired/ had altered/ got spares for - a wind out Thule awning and Panorama room which is fantastic on Buccaneer Caravans.
Brent has the patience and understanding of a saint answering my hubbies numerous questions, and without fail comes up with a solution - even quickly sending spares to a campsite in southern France!
Their customer service is second to none - friendly, helpful and speedy.
We recommend Hillview Awnings without reservation and thank them for their service.

What a great company, extremly helpful and very knowledgeable. I tested my awning the day before catching a ferry (stupid mistake, should have done it at least a week before) and found to my horror that the gearbox for the winding handle was slipping. I did not want to be in a position abroad where I could not wind in my awning, nor did I want to be in a position where I couldn't use my awning as a sun shade. I contacted Hill View at 09:15 for a replacement gearbox and it was in the post for next day tracked delivery by 10:00. What a brilliant superfast service. True to their word it arrived before 13:00 the next day, took me 20 minutes to fit, job done. I can't thank Tina and I think it was Mike enough for their excellent customer service and very reasonable prices for spares. This company will definitely be my go to stop for all things awning in future.

I have dealt with Tina at Hillview Awnings on two previous occasions and been extremely happy both times with the excellent service I received.
Yesterday I called Tina again as I wanted an additional centre leg for my new 4metre Thule Ormister, the snag was that I wanted it the next day. Tina quickly confirmed that the item was in stock and that she would ensure it was dispatched immediately. The very next day it arrived within 24 hours and in time for my holiday. Unbelievable service … Ordered product at approx 14:00hrs and it was delivered the very next day at approx 13:00hrs, less than 24hr service. Because some couriers have an issue finding us, the guys at Hill View arranged to deliver via their own transport to ensure correct delivery …. Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. After a trip to Portugal where the Thule steps were damaged, I looked around for spares.
I came across Hillviewawnings.co.uk. Their site had a spare parts listing and I quickly identified the bits I needed.
The next day, they contacted me to check the part numbers as there appeared to be an error. They found that one of the items was used for 2 varieties of step and they informed me of cost and delivery dates.
Items were ordered and arrived earlier than estimated. On opening the box it appeared that Thule had sent extra bits that I hadn't ordered. I contacted Hillviewawnings incase another customer was waiting for bits I had recieved, it appeared that the mistake was Thules but due to the cost of returning and packaging I could keep the extra bits. Result (as I am sure it could happen again ). At all times the communication with Hillview was swift, clear and efficient. I can't fault them in any instant and was fully prepared to return the extra bits. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone and in the future I will not hesitate to purchase more products from them.

From a 'numpty' mistake with my Thule awning and being recommended to use Hill View to my booking and replacement of bits and pieces its been a 'Five Star' experience! Why? Knowledge of everything Thule, an understanding of what needs to be done and why, checking and asking for photos to confirm exact model and finally being precise with a booking slot to the final demonstration of exactly what they had done all equals a cracking honest review. If you want a first class job done by a team that know what they are doing then contact Hill View Awnings.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - We first met Hllview Awnings at the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC Birmingham. We ordered a Thule wind out awning and arranged for fitting. Through arrangements with Tina and Brent We were able to leave that caravan and car for 2 days whilst we took the bus/ train to visit family.
On picking the caravan up, we made the error of leaving our motor mover remote which Brent duly brought to us on his way home,16 miles away.
Everything about this company was professional, friendly and efficient.

I can not speak highly enough about Hillview awnings. From i first phoned and talked to Tina who i might add went above and beyond to help me with my awning problem and getting me the information about it and the postage to N,Ireland,and to the rest of the team there so professional my parts were delivered within three days well packaged and safe from any damage.
