Don't bother trying to get a taxi, they don't even want business. Seems to be an Oswestry thing!! All the taxis round here are awful. Had to order one from Shrewsbury!

Efficient service. Office answered telephone booking in person including pick-up time as a late request. Driver Nigel was safe, punctual, pleasant and knew the route. Car tracking allowed knowledge of where the car was and how long it would be. Price was fair. Can recommend.

Excellent service, from booking our taxi down to Heathrow dealing with very helpful friendly staff, down to the excellent driver who arrived promptly and delivered us well within time for our flight. Thank you for such a brilliant service again!

The driver charged high amount than usual price . When I confirmed with the taxi service they had no clue why. They told me that I did not inform them by calling that the driver has picked me up. They can’t do nothing about it. It’s totally unsafe and untrustworthy to do such a thing. It costed more than my train journey for such a short distance . It was broad day time. Their price for that distance and time was 6.60 by the taxi service but final charge was 10.70 . The driver was pondering and got 8 pounds. The driver said it was the service and service said it was the driver.

I won't be using them again. When you ring they suggest you use their app for a 'better experience'. So l downloaded the app, put in my details and booked a taxi. The booking was confirmed at a cost of £7.30. Two hours before I was due to leave, the booking was cancelled, no reason given. When I phoned I was told I hadn't given my pick up address which is why the booking was cancelled. When I checked the app my address was clearly there. So I rebooked and was told the fare was now £12. I was given some excuse about the app needing fine tuning. It was too late to get the bus or book another firm so I was forced to accept. The journey was just under 3 miles and took exactly 5 minutes. A complete rip-off

Pre booked a taxi to pick me up at gobowen station for the 4th June the day before, I had a text confirming the booking and the money was pending in my bank account. Whilst on the train I double checked the app and it had been cancelled with no explanation and no notification to tell me so I could rearrange.
If I had not have checked the app I would have been waiting in Gobowen thinking a taxi was picking me at 9pm when actually it had been cancelled and then I would have been stranded!
