5 stars all round! Our first time but wont be the last, everything about the place is fantastic - exactly what we wanted from a log cabin stay, being right on the riverbed and extremtly private compared to other places that stack cabins right next to each other! The Cafe was great too and every member of staff was lovely that we dealt with along the way!

My wife and I got married at Hidden River Barn in October 2024. ||We knew Hidden River was the place for us as soon as we entered the beautiful and tranquil grounds of the estate when we first visited it the previous year. It's always given us both that tingle of excitement and was the perfect physical incarnation of what we had hoped to find in a venue. And boy did it live up to what we had hoped it might be.||Our guests were blown away by the magic of the place too. The location, the on-site accommodation (beautiful and luxurious), the wedding barn (stunning!), the food (delicious!), the super friendly and helpful HR team... we've been getting so many raving comments about all of it. ||We would just like to say a HUGE thank you to you all at Hidden River for everything you did to make our wedding the incredibly special occasion it was! From keeping us calm and reassured that everything would come together in the months leading up to our big day (at times we didn't think we had a clue what we needed to do!), to answering our many questions, to giving us advice and support and for organising things so seamlessly and being so kind and bringing great energy on the day before and the day itself. You guys were fantastic!!

Amazing place to stay with everything you need provided. We booked a 5 day stay from 23rd -27th December staying in Otterstone Cabin. So much space and I can tell you the photos don’t do it justice! 4 massive bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, the bath is in the downstairs one). Robes & towels provided for the hot tub too which is a great addition to the cabin. |The view of the river right from the cabin when you’re in the hot tub is stunning.|There is a coffee machine provided along side a nice selection of tea bags and the lovely addition of a fresh pint of milk from a local dairy in the fridge on arrival. |The well equipped kitchen was a nice surprise, the idea of cooking Christmas dinner in an unfamiliar kitchen was my biggest stress but I needn’t have worried it was a total success with ample pans and roasting tins provided! |3 large sofas to sit on an a large farmhouse table and chairs inside. Will be booking to go back in June as we can’t wait to come back!

We booked Hidden River Barn and cabins for our wedding day in August 2024. It is without doubt the most spectacular venue. The Barn itself is beautiful, with the window upstairs being an incredible addition. The accommodation is cost but modern and really well equipped. We felt right at home as did all of our guests. The wedding team are out of this world, nothing was too much trouble, they were supportive in the lead up to the wedding and incredibly efficient on the day. There were no hitches and everything ran seamlessly which I believe is down to the amazing team. The food was superb and if we were to do it all over again we would book Hidden River in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend the Lavender House at Hidden River Cabins to anyone who is seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. This is our third visit to the property; we began in the amazing log cabins, then transitioned to the house, and this year, we moved into the amazing Lavender House. The on-site restaurant offers exquisite dining, exceptional customer service, and an exceptional location. Thank you, guys. 👏😁👏

Wow, just wow. We found Hidden River Barn and its cabins by chance and fell in love with the place. It was quirky and just what we were looking for for our wedding. The staff were faultless, they were attentive and listened to what we wanted, all our guests were looked after, and everyone was impressed with both the venue and the staff. The accommodation was simply incredible with the spacious luxurious rooms, hot tubs and log burners. 
|Moving onto the food, we had so many compliments regarding the canapés, wedding breakfast and the evening fish & chips. They all tasted fantastic, special thanks to Chef Jonny for delivering on the food, you did an amazing job!|Working with our wedding Co-ordinator Robyn was brilliant from start to finish. She went above and beyond to create the most exquisite, stylish and design-orientated wedding and made the entire experience joyful and stress-free. She’s easy going with a kind and patient manner and always so responsive and helpful (sorry for all the emails!) We knew we could trust her with our special day, thank you Robyn! Wow wow wow, what a stunning location and an unbelievable cabin! Massive thanks to all the staff for there warm welcome, they were all spot on! If you want a place to relax and get away from all the noise this is it. All I can say is we did not want to leave 😅 looking forward to being back again soon!

We got married in the Hidden River Barn in July 2024 and it was the most magical day of our lives. The whole process from booking the wedding until the big day was so smooth and the staff were so attentive and helpful throughout. The spreadsheet which hidden river sent for the wedding preparations was very in depth but actually it helps them to make sure everything runs on time and ensured we didn't forget anything! The venue is absolutely stunning (the photos don't do it justice!) and the food was amazing. The staff were so professional which made the whole experience easy. ||Ourselves, and our guests stayed in the cabins and other properties on site the night before and night after the wedding which allowed us more time to spend with our family and friends. Not only did we enjoy it, our guests had nothing but positive reports about their experience at hidden river cabins too! The morning after the wedding we booked to have a cooked buffet breakfast for everyone on site in the barn and it was lovely to go back to the venue the morning after to see everyone again. Hidden River Cabins is such a unique venue and it really was the wedding we always dreamed of!
