Phone me on the day to go to a shift. To short notice for my liking. First incident I was watching my nephew, then i arranged for a baby sitter to watch him and still had 3 hours to spare before shift started. So i phoned them back to tell them I was a available they said they would phone me back which they didn't clearly replaced and didn't have the decency to tell me. Then phoned a few weeks later with no updates between then and now. Asking if I could work 2 hours before a shift. Which I accepted just to mess them around like they have to me. Then last night they contact me at 10:36pm !! to start a shift which started 36 minutes before. Shocking and a absolute shame made me spend money I don't have to get to runcorn for a job around the corner at my house in haydock and then to be told it was temp was a bigger slap in the face. For someone extremely hungry for work I would not look here. The building they operate out of speaks for itself. Wouldn't recommend it at all. And in the last month they can only offer me one job as a agency I find that shocking.
Update *4 years later after zero contact* they offer me a job. Clearly desperate if they had to go this far down the pile to find a candidate which applied 4 YEARS AGO

If I could give a lower rating I would.

I signed up, the woman there kept trying to make me sign everything even when I didn't agree to it. For example one form was to exempt yourself from the 48 hours working week and saying you agree to work more which I did not. She kept telling me to sign it and I kept explaining I'm not signing that because I don't agree with it and she admitted she didn't know what any of the forms were even for yet she's sat there pressuring people to sign everything.

I was given a job at a place that was severely understaffed as everyone had walked out. It was so busy you didn't even get chance to use the toilets. I was set to the wrong site for interview which meant I had to walk an additional 30 mins to get there and was late. I was told not to return after one sickness due to a family member passing and Ben was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire experience. I know other people who have had to communicate with Ben and he's the same with everyone. Snotty one worded emails and text, no support, no empathy and not even a Hi or Kind regards in an email. Horrifically unprofessional and overall terrible service from a terrible recruiter. If you're looking for ones in the area I urge you to try Prestige in Warrington where you are at least treated like a human being.
