Car experience good, but Hertz customer service using Hertz app or the Hertz online AI Chat received no reply, advice, assistance nothing.

Beware calling Hertz, it'll cost you. You are charged extra for phoning their number, it isn't in your minutes. You get through to a recorded message, call charge starts there. You finally get your option to speak to the branch you want to talk to. They can take an age to answer, if they answer at all. Took me three attempts! Meanwhile, the charge is going up. It cost me £1.53 to find out that they don't supply what I was looking for. Not impressed and I will never attempt to use them again.
