Don't use this for airport pickups.

The drivers will show up and start a countdown as soon as your flight lands, even if you have a scheduled later pickup time. And guess what? They'll charge you a waiting fee on top of that, regardless of your pickup time.

I got a quote for £86, but the driver ended up charging me £130.

Don't be fooled by the low prices in the initial quotes. The drivers will increase the fare, saying the estimate was wrong.

Very poor service no customer service skills whatsoever and i was actually brought me to tears i was so angry. Their driver left my 12 year old son waiting at because he couldn't find somewhere to park and refused to go into the school and collect my child by name like they had done for the last two days and last week. When I told the controller tge driver hung up on me and refused to go into the reception and also that I've already paid and my son has been left i was told it was only 4.50 and they shouldn't have taken the booking even though they had done the same thing the laat two days and last week. He then said that the drivers gone and If i wanted them to call him back i would have to pay again. Eventually after being humble and trying to show I was raised well I lost my shit i was hung up on 4 times then the man had the nerve to ring me back by this time I've had to go and book an uber to pick up my child. The controller said he's having to book me another cab and having to pay for it out of his own pocket like I haven't already paid. He was rude very disrespectful furthermore It's not about the amount of money it's the principle. I was still a paying customer who paid for a service the same service numerous times before and I didn't receive what I paid for and my child was left. Instead of acting like u have a heart you were on the defence as soon as you heard me say your driver left my son. To blame the customer is ridiculous and after the way I was dealt with today I advise booking uber because I definitely do not recommend Herts cars! And you can keep the £4.50

Probably the scariest ride in my life. I was picked up at 12.15pm to go to the hospital. After a few minutes I was feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable and if could I would have stoped the ride. First he said his card machine is not working. What if I only had card and no cash on me? There would be no time trying to find a cash point and what then? No need to tell customers in advance when booking taxi?

The driver looked like he’s high or something. Barely having his hand on a steering wheel. Wearing hoodie. And his runny nose situation is just nasty. Not very professional is it?!?

Don’t even want to start explaining condition of the car so I guess the best is to add some photos which would give a full picture. Just nasty and stinks. How can you drive people in this type of dirt?!?

Absolutely atrocious service. From now on absolutely no to Herts Cars!!!!!!

I wonder how these firms are still operating. Gave them a go because my wife thought it would be good to pre book a taxi after a small gig we attended in Radlett. Big mistake that was when using Hertz!! Total lack of service and communication. Waited for over 30 mins guy on the phone tells me 10 mins max wait and that they are busy. Well a phone call to inform me of that would be great. Cancelled their cab used Uber and guess what it was with me within 3 mins. Lesson learnt. These cab services are dead and it’s their own doing!

THEY ARE NOT A 24/7 OPERATING CAB SERVICE ANYMORE. UBER HAS RUINED THIS FOR THEM NOW THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNCONVIENIENT . USE UBER INSTEAD.
