First time using HENRYTAXI and hugely impressed. The car was ready and waiting for both of my journeys. Sandra drove me on the outward leg and was delightful company, chatty and friendly throughout. I didn't catch the name of the driver for our return, but he was helpful and courteous. Cars were spotless for both journeys. Highly recommended!

Sadly we were charged £80 for a 6 mile journey, verbally abused and threatened by their driver. I urge people not to use this firm as I did not feel safe and they clearly take advantage of customers by insisting on large and over priced payments that are requested at the end of the journey. There are plenty of excellent local taxi firms to use, that provide excellent, honest and safe services. This is not one of them.

Excellent, very professional service. I frequently use this company and always find them very reliable and efficient.
Recently used for airport drop off/pick up as well.
Cant see my self using any other local taxi firm ever again! Well done guys!!

Not a customer however was abused while riding my bike by one of your driver's then he tried to attack me with a metal pole and prceeded To chase me around the city centre in his car trying to run me off the road. The police have been informed and i have witnesses. Please feel free to email me to remedy the problem. This man is not safe to be a driver.

Not a costumer, but a driver. Henry Taxi will eventually hurt someone. He is reckless, keeps honking to everyone else on the road and dangerously cut me off just to prove a point.

This driver shows signs of being a borderline sociopath and in my opinion shouldn't be holding a drivers license.

In other reviews he claims he has cameras on is car. Good. That's evidence of is aggressive driving and poor conduct as a taxi driver and as a member of society.

Amazing service..Have used henry taxies few times..clean cars ..i have always had a very good taxi driver who are very friendly. Didn't realize even how 25 mins journey finished. Very happy with the device..will recommend for shorter and longer journey

Quoted 120, billed 195. Although booked for Gatwick, by the hotel's reception and verbally confirmed by me, we were brought to the wrong airport (Heathrow) and missed our flight as a result. 700 pounds and a day later, finally arrived at our destination. Will not be calling this company again and have alerted the hotel's reception to that fact and the reasons behind it. UPDATE: The below "response from owner" is complete and utter nonsense. Statements made by this individual in regards to this entire situation, and their view of what actually happened, from beginning to end, are unequivocally false.

IT is the best taxi ever. Super friendly. My wife and me hitchiked to Brussels. And they took us from Paris gas station to Bruselles. We had super nice trip home
