My wife and I visited the Centre to view the garage doors. We were both impressed with the reception, quality and knowledge of the staff. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Henderson's replaced under guarantee a set of doors for my elderly mother. The new doors did not work with her existing track. She was charged £900 to have them fitted. Despite numerous visits to "repair" them, after 9 months they still don't work. They do not open and close reliably. The company have now refused to replace them with a functioning system or even refund the £900 and are no longer replying to emails. She has had to use a different company and spend thousands having them replaced. The other company's staff are horrified at the appalling standard of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shame on you Henderson's for abusing the trust of a vulnerable elderly widow.

Excellent service. Friendly helpful team. Pleasure to deal with the company.We were upgrading our up and over garage door installed by the builders in the 1990s and contacted Henderson because that was the make of the old door. We chose an insulated roller shutter. It is very neat and provides a much better seal. We have no hesitation in recommending Henderson.

I had my garage door installed about a decade ago, its been working perfectly well all that time and I am very pleased with it;
Alas like all machines the motor failed one day.
But! No fuss just gave them a call and their friendly and professional staff sorted the problem, they even had me on record, checked the dates so the whole thing was covered under warranty.
Could not have ask for more, brilliant would recommend.

Have just had a new garage door and a set of gates with electric operation installed by Henderson Chester. From our initial enquiry in the showroom the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, our surveyor Peter was very informed about the products and was accommodating to our constantly changing preferences! All of the three installers were very efficient and courteous and they left everything neat and tidy. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
