I made a booking with this company for an event. 2 days after confirming the price and booking I received a call to tell me they had decided the journey (that was already at a considerably inflated price) was now double the rate quoted and I was to take it or leave it.
The owner openly admits he just change his mind regarding the rates. Highly unprofessional, untrustworthy and not the kind of people you want to be stuck in a late night taxi with. Do not use this company, there are luckily plenty of others in the area.

Good service, turned up right on time! Car was in excellent condition and was perfect for my prom. The driver was friendly,professional and made our experience the best possible. This service is amazing would definitely recommend. Good prices!

Me n my partner rang this Taxi Service n they said he would be 15 minutes max as we ordered Tops pizza n had to be home to answer the door to the delivery man, and we waited and waited n he didn’t show up. Then we rang back up n said where’s are taxi what the hell is going on.. we ended up waiting for over n hour for a taxi. then had them lie n say that he was 7 minutes away n wasn’t! then further kept lying about the time n all that. We also informed them that I am 2 months pregnant, it was dark n cold… bloody ridiculous never again!!

Absolute joke of a company. 10 mins I was told my cab would be. 20 mins later I called again to be told another 10 mins. 50 mins after the first call still nothing so I booked an uber. Avoid at all Costs. I called the number on this Google listing btw its not 'the other company'

I've had one of the nicest drivers out there this morning.
Uber estimating £18-£21 for the journey and would have had to wait 20 mins. I rung another local taxi company but they didn't answer so I call these guys and got an estimate to wait 20-25 mins. Only bad to wait 15.

Couldn't find any fault. Friendly driver, clean car, good chat, very polite.

I'd give more stars if I could.
