First time here took a load in . I had to complete a induction before I went on site no worries it only to about 10 minutes. I will say makesure you have the correct paperwork and your on time .the reason I say this is because the gate man was sending drivers away for them reasons. So once you've been to the gate house and booked in they send you off to were you need to be .I was on site for around 1 1/2 hours which isn't that bad . The staff were great really helpful.

Friendly team on site, completed a 5 min induction and then given directions to the trailer park. Unfortunately, the trailer I collected had a fault and couldn't be taken off site until repaired.
I guess the previous driver didn't want to report the defect?
6½ hrs waiting for a fitter to attend...

Arrived at 7am completed induction on tablet.
Loaded me with wrong stock had to empty and reload.
Still Here at 10 waiting for paperwork.
Friendly team through out visit.

My 1st time tipping here, you have to book in on a touch screen thing at the gate, the Security guy was helpful, showing me exactly where I needed to go. Goods in guys were really pleasant and checked my load quickly! But the best by far was the guy on the fork lift, 26 pallets in 12mins, and he was really helpful and chatty. Nice clean toilet for drivers to use too!!! In and out in just over 1/2 hour, if only everywhere was this efficient! 5 Stars!!!!
