Just returned from a week's holiday. It was a late booking and Heidi helped by quickly giving me credible options based on my requirements. Prior to that I was going to give up, because no other service was giving me all I needed in one place.

Glad to say everything went well - booking was a piece of cake, all the relevant documents were easy to get to, private transfers made it a lot easier and flights, accommodation, ski hire and passes all to expectation.

This was my first skiing holiday with kids so it was very helpful that all the other elements went smoothly. Will use again and would recommend.

Like someone mentioned in one of the reviews - Travel Pirates! I haven’t even got to the holiday as tried to change the booking made to a different resort due to snow/weather concerns - just to be told that changing to suggested alternative options would cost more than the price advertised on their website. And also to get to know that apparently the option/hotel I booked is fixed and non-refundable! Shocking!!! No customer centric approach was offered to try to find compromise solution - had to cancel the holiday losing money. Be very vigilant booking with Heidi and check all the terms/fixed arrangements carefully!

Just returned from a ski trip to Avoriaz & couldn’t have gone any smoother. Flights, transfers, ski rental & lift passes were all spot on. Will definitely be booking with Heidi again! Thank you!

Not sure where to begin, they changed our flights from a morning to a night, had to pay extra to change them back to a morning then they had not booked our luggage on & then upon arrival into Geneva they had not changed our transfers from the night flight to the morning. Absolute stress, stay clear. Would never book with them again!

Just returned from a package ski holiday with Heidi. Superb company to travel with. Lots of information, luxury comfortable transfer to and from the resort. Truly top of the range ski resort and hotel.

Heidi have been fantastic. Our holiday was postponed from last year due to COVID. They were very flexible, informative and honest about our holiday planned in 2021, inc. sending someone out to see if we would be able to get to France (no restrictions) from Switzerland (restrictions) due to flying into Geneva. We post poned our holiday to Dec 2022. When the area we were planning to go to delayed opening their ski season- Heidi informed us, and found us a new location, hotel and arranged private transfers. I did not have to do a thing, and they really did not have to inform us and do all the hard work.
Heidi have always been responsive, personable, and contactable. I look forward to booking our next holiday with them in Dec 2023- was on their website before even finishing our holiday this week.

Could not recommend them enough, have no negative feedback at all through all the troubles of COVID and delayed ski seasons over the last 2 years.

BE WARNED Sadly i have had a dreadful experience with this company. We paid almost £9000 for a ski trip (this was after much disruption as our original hotel we booked had to be changed)
The holiday we booked could have been booked my me much cheaper btw. Anyway a week before we departed it was obvious via the web cams, and weather forecast that the resort had no snow. I contacted Heidi who encouraged us to still go, I contacted them again with a screen shot of all the lifts closed and asked again to defer but they said we had to go. As expected, we had no snow in resort , many of the resorts were closed, only 1 open which we had to get busses to and it was so busy with hours of waiting for lifts and congested dangerous slopes I couldn't allow my children to ski. We flew home early at a cost of £2000 . I have tried to be reasonable to get money back and the company did refund a small % of the cost but this only covered us getting home, they have refused to compensate us for the holiday despite me emailing them and telling them before we departed that we would not be able to ski in the resort we booked, I have chased them many times, poor customer service experience and they are holding a credit from the first holiday which is our money - they have not returned. BE WARNED they are no the ski experts they claim to be and are expensive I would go else where

The snowboarding package we bought with Ski Zoom was great - it had everything we needed all in one, Accommodation, flights, transfers, ski pass and snowboard hire. All the information came in plenty of time even though I made a last minute booking. Our homeward journey was then heavily affected by Storm Eunice with multiple flights cancelled - Marcus, Alexander and the team were really helpful and efficient, booking first class train tickets to the airport that BA sent us too. BA were completely useless, Ski Zoom were brilliant and reassuring which is exactly what we needed and were available 24hrs a day. Would highly recommend them to anyone - they go above and beyond. I cannot fault in anyway.
